Destiny 2 - WE GET TO MEET XUR’S SPECIES? The Jovians Are Waiting

The Jovians have been in Destiny since the beginning, you’ve met one in Xur. Since then we’ve been getting hints about their species, worlds and mysterious deep far out in the system. With recent information surrounding Frontiers, the Jovians could be the new people we encounter.. And their worlds could change everything.

So in astronomy “Jovians” is the term for the gas giant planets in our solar system. Since Xur is a “Jovian” as in a people, it could mean his species comes from one of the gas giants we haven’t been to, like Jupiter or Uranus.

The Nine made Xur, and stopped as it took to much Energy to make him its why the Emissary is a thing. Technically anyone that lives past the Jovian sector is a Jovian...So the People of Neptune are Jovian's.

Would be interesting if they were lost souls, either dead or from another reality. The Nine gave them the choice of making new bodies for them through the ahamkara as a test of the ahamkara's abilities seeing if they would be able to make bodies for the nine
