Great tour. I'm going to add this to my list of places to look for. I just got a 12 month lease in the Cosy Beach area. Having that oven is great... fantastic gym, pool, and beach. Ideal location except during tsunamis.

Yes, there are bathrooms not far from the beach area and also near the fitness room

I find this particular one to be a bit high. It comes up to my chest but I'm only 5'4".
I think so, maybe it's the reason we heard foreigners falling off the balcony so often.

I like the building but don't like that it's kinda out there. Not a lot of places to walk to and eat.
