Go Air Pathetic service Ban Go Air.... Rude staff

We waited For 8Hours ,After Every hour Go air staff said Flight will come in 15Min but They lie to passengers .Those who have connected Flights they don’t take any responsibility and no refund to passengers .
In this situation Other Airlines Make Food arrangements , Seat accommodation in other Flight those who have connecting Flights
Stay arrangements when it delay more than 4 Hours.
