Passengers were rude and pathetic. Staff were just doing their duty. Flight gets delay for various reasons for example ATC congestion technical issues etc etc as a passenger we should co-operate with airline staffs.

I have decided to never book a flight by go air and spicejet. They're always delayed and sometimes they'll straight up postpone the flight. Although they do provide a full refund, the alternative flight prices will be very high to book at the last moment.
These flight attendants have the patience of an Angel. Hospitality sector is really tough. Most people treat them like subhumans. Pro Tip: If you treat them well, they will help you for sure.

Even in kolkata, I had the same issue. Without any prior notice they said flight is delayed by 4 hrs at the time of the boarding.
