As the saying goes: "Money can't buy happiness" but it can, as we now know, get you an epic apartment in Singapore.
I’m a Japanese representative who lived on the 27th floor of that apartment until the end of March. The place is convenient and the view is perfect, and the management company is great. So I really recommend it. Thank you for your video. I felt nostalgic.
After hearing so many good reviews, I will try it next time if I go to Singapore

That's one good location for an apartment. Glad you got to do another sponsored video and hopefully there's people going to rent these. Pretty affordable for expats staying in Singapore. The discounts might seemed little but the rich are always looking for discounts that's why they are richer than us. We always underestimate that they don't. They love a good deal lol!

as a guide, a night at the mandarin oriental, ritz carlton, the “cheaper” 5 star hotels nearby costs $300-500 a night , while this costs $200 but you have to stay at least 2 months

Ya I agree...I expect the toilet to be more grandeur. Maybe it's because it is meant for guest since it is located at the main door. Need to see the toilet in the master bed room for better gauge

Wow, the apartments and surroundings are beautiful. However, I would rather get a HDB because it costs less and the amenities surrounding the heartlands are cheaper. Example, supermarkets, restaurants and even kopi-o kosong is cheaper. Hope you consider those when you and your wife get a place, a little bit goes a long way.

Yes, HDB is for long term! And you own one is better than you rent one, thinking of the rental you paid but at the end it’s belonged to other people! After renovation HDB would look like condo. You should think further 🤔

Staycation! Shiok......relax and enjoy. Looks really nice to go by since it’s not crowded with tourists. Will walk around soon ...been wanting to go by the museums.

5年前にシンガポールに旅行行き、マリーナシティベイサンズに泊まりましたが、マリーナベイサンズを眺める景色も最高ですね✨

I do agree service level cannot be compared to Japan. But Japan's service standard also seem to drop? My last trip to Osaka was in Nov 2019. The young sales girl in the H&M store treated us as if we were from China (maybe because we spoke Mandarin), she gave us super black face and did not seem willing to serve us. When we asked for extra paper bags to put our purchase, she gave us black face too and put the paper bag on the counter top unhappily. I wasn't expecting this kind of service in Japan. It was kind of shock to me.

ここ、シンガポール のコンドのインテリア写真で見たことある気がします。もう写真だけで憧れたんですが、まさかジブオジの動画で見れるとは！50万なんですね。シンドルで6500位ですかね。それでも十分高いですけど、一時から比べたらやっぱり不動産下がってるんですね。

Those expats with 50k salary per month were not allowed to buy hdb. I rather earn much less, buy a hdb then a 1 million plus condominium
@@chantalmonique2353 From investment point of view, i rather have 50k salary and buy a condo. You need to read up the difference between a condo and HDB in terms of ownership and regulations. Having a private property is way better than "owning" a HDB.
Most show room has a lot of mirrors to make the place look big. The only advantage is it reflect lights to give the room a bright feel to it. That location is very suitable for Japanese because there is a Japanese supermarket nearby.

シンガポールに修学旅行で行った時に聞きましたが、日本人がマンションとかの上を買ってくれるお陰で下に住んでる人が水を使えるって教えてもらいました。
現地の大学生曰くアニメイトがタイにしかないから羨ましいと言ってました。
アニメの服を着ていくといいかもしれませんね。自分が行った時はソードアート・オンラインのラッピングバスがシンガポール大学の横を通ってました。
