I dont normally listen to this kind of music, but this song came up automatically while I was pulling the heaviest reps I have ever done while working out (I know, UA-cam for music...old school) and I will say, it transformed my workout. Amazing song
This type of metal is amazing for pushing yourself in the gym, you will never run harder or lift heavier listening to other music.
