A few years ago, during a mammogram my doctors found a benign tumor inside my breast bone in front of my heart. I went back every 6 months for an ultrasound to monitor the growth of the tumor, and amazingly my last test showed nothing at all and so they scheduled a CT scan and same as before, nothing, the tumor was completing gone and the only thing different in my life was listening to this for a month or so. To anyone reading this, if you have been told that what you have is incurable, know that it is not so. Healing is always possible, healing is your right and you can heal. I received a diagnosis at 19 where I was told that I would need medication for the rest of my life and now, years later, I am in the process of tapering the medication and I am doing so much better, I am healing everyday, I am taking baby steps. I have healed so much that has been deemed "incurable". Please know you can heal! You have everything you need within yourself. Much love.

To the creator of the video I am giving you a warm embrace. My pain has dropped immensely. I was placed on a ventilator because I had a allergic reaction to cats. The doctors shoved ventilator tubes in mouth and other tubes in nose. Very traumatic. When I was extubated from ventilator I was paralyzed from all the drugs given with unrelentless burning pain. This occurred Oct 27, 1997 and I have unrelentless burning pain.Your video is helping me decrease it. I listened to it for a few hours yesterday and today Feb 11, 2024. First time listening to this with slight lower back pain. I am surprised to say the pain is no longer there. This is amazing. Everything we need to improve our health has been hidden from us. I am so glad I found out about this.

Please can I ask you if you listened through speakers, a phone speaker, or headphones... and how loud? I’m trying to find out if it only works when played loudly and through speakers and as such will affect your body directly... I hope that makes sense.

I’ve been in pain from a damaged neck and thoracic spine, arthritis and peripheral neuropathy for 34 years. I did ketamine IVs at my pain doctor and it got rid of the neuropathy for 6-7 months but insurance decided to stop paying for it Jan 24.
I have listened to many frequencies and they did nothing. Last night I tried this one for the first time and it worked as well as the ketamine!! I’m just shocked and so happy!

I don't know how I missed this particular one...Just found it today and heard for the first time as I'm suffering tremendously with degenerative disc disease. I just stopped everything and listened to this, really listened. It's almost like a continual om sound. So soothing and comforting not just for my body but my soul as well. Aaronk108 Kravetz Was it a facet block injection? Very hard to find a place that does that. N E Baptist Hospital in Boston does it. It usually lasted me 6 months or so. Painless.
I have severe back pain and plantar fasciitis. I wake up in pain every morning...dont get me wrong i am greatful EVERY MORNING for waking but the pain in the morning is BAD. I listen every night to one of the chakra clearing and balancing audios every night. I put my headphones on for this one. I am open to anything that is positive and healing but I WOKE UP ALMOST COMPLETELY PAIN FREE THIS MORNING. no meds this morning and i will listen again tonight just to make sure this was it!!!!

I hear you on waking up in pain from head to toe daily. I also was happy to wake up in pain. Not because of the pain but because I knew I had one more day of living in the beautiful Andes! 90% of my pain was caused from living in a house with floors that so sloped most people couldn't come in my house. Having a new house with flat floors took care of 90% of the pain in one week! Now I am listening to this as I get over pneumonia. I had the first COVID and although I wasno hospitalized, I did get a "small" amount of lung damage. My hearing aids have blue tooth so I am going to listen to this while I go about my daily life. Maybe it will help and maybe not but the sound seems to soothe my soul.

I've had quite the same problem: General anxiety (+ stress) disorder and depression, later bipolar since teenage years so like ~10 years of my youth just gone down the rabbit hole in a snap :)) I've never been able to shake off the guilt of "wasting" time, money and everything, not being able to achieve so much like my peers, it's like "just stand up, grab it, and I'll have everything, I can do anything, just... stand up!!"... But actually just "standing up" is already too hard 💔
Now I'm starting to heal myself, slowly and steady this time. I won't repeat the mistake of yelling at myself to "heal better" 🤣 and listening to these tracks along with other healing methods really helps me a lot ❤️

Im 30 yrs old and 3 kids. 2 small kids who wear diapers and an 8 yr old. I promised i would focus this decade on taking better care of myself, lose weight, drastically but back on alcohol and sleep better. I had to through an emergency gallbladder removal surgery on Friday and the pain post operation is worse that when i had my 3 kids. Ive never felt so vulnerable and drs said it would a month to a month and a half to heal. I walk so slowly and cant do much. I cant even cry because that hurts too. I want to heal and move past this.

I woke up this morning with SEVERE menstrual pain that had me doubled over, barely able to move. Not sure if you take medication so maybe you wont appreciate this but I get this pain too. Its horrific. Ibroprofen stops it. I believe it is related to overproduction of prostaglandin and ibroprofen stops the release of this hormone. Glad you found comfort in the frequency music anyway. Just wanted to let you know in case you can't cope with it one time as once I got so bad I had to call an ambulance.

My friend pushed me when we are walking and my ankle got cramp it hurts so much that i can't even move my foot, after 5 days there was a badminton tournament of district level. I was very afraid that if my ankle couldn't recover i can't participate in it. You are not alone my friend. Have you looked into/considered Craniosacral Therapy (CT)? After suffering multiple lumbar slipped discs, compressed cervical vertebrae, and combined broken and compression wedge fractures to the thoracic area; and, following observations of the ensuing issues, doctors being at a complete loss as to suggest a/any potentially successful treatment(s), ones own research lead one to this (previously) unheard of therapy. All one can say now is that it has completely changed ones life...for the better 🙏🏼. Combining CT with this and other healing tones and frequencies has seen further positive improvements. One cannot recommend it highly enough; one wishes you success in curing your spinal pain ☮
Universal Peace Yes absolutely. Cranial Sacral massage or sometimes known as Upledger Therapy or Massage has saved my mobility. Several sports injuries would have left me almost immobilized without this particular method of spinal treatment.

I read all thr positive comments and decided last night to give thr frequency a go. Ive had tendonitis around my ankle the last couple days to the point that i couldn't even bare weight and stand on my two feet and need crutches for assistance. I iced my foot and put some ointment and popped on my headphones and listened or meditated to the frequency for 47 mins then woke up and out thr headphones away and went to bed. I woke up this morning and noticed a guge reduction in pain and tenderness of my foot. Im not 100% back to normal but i made a huge improvement inmy healing. Not only can i stand today, i cna walk without thr crutches. Cant eist to listen to it again tonight to aid in my healing. I am taking supplements because of my hip. Bone on Bone and it is really excruciating. I'm afraid to have surgery but, I don't have any choice at all. WTactualF! I have chronic muscles and joint pain stemming from chronic conditions/diseases and I tried this on a fluke and I can't believe it, I kid you not, it works! But it is only as long as I am listening to this I have no pain! OMG.... I just don't know what to think right now. I cannot thank you enough Meditative Mind for posting this! I wish I could just get this implanted in my brain forever. Having chronic pain is such a sucky life

I have had excruciating pain in my ankle after slipping on the porch from walkimg the dog on a rainy morning & I feel that pain leaving slightly. pretty incredible. Normally after walking on it for too long the injury arthritis feels like a sharp burning pain in the nerves but this song feels like it is being held & gently massaged within.

I don't have a tragic story to talk about it...but I'm obsessed with healing music. I would never kid myself into thinking that I don't need healing, whether physically or mentally. I've dealt with various social conflict throughout my life and learned to forgive. We're all connected to the trauma of our ancestors. I use my body and mind every day, so I will always need healing, and I'm so beyond grateful for my health. I have a rather small build, so with bodybuilding, I'm ever so slowly increasing the weight. Not talking about going to the gym or steroids. Just simple weights at home, usually squats while holding a weight. At one point I over did it and had a lot of back pain. A mushroom dose showed me exactly where I needed to stretch and I managed to heal myself. Don't ever underestimate stretching!

I have been suffering from sore gums and teeth caused by a recent dental procedure. Since I don't like to take harmful meds for pain, I have been enduring the discomfort. I have finally gotten some relief after listening to this frequency music. I suspected this one was good because my kitty likes listening to it; I think she has arthritis. I had an ingrown toenail surgery yesterday. Went to change dressing today, the doctor rubbed, yes rubbed my open wound hard and dropped a couple of yellow drops on the wound which burns painfully like acid on bare skin. He put the dressing on. My toe felt ok, I came back home and I have the worse ever pain. I have a high pain tolerance but this... I feel like my toe was amputated and had acid poured all over it. That's how painful it is. My point is, listening to this makes the pain tolerable almost instantly and hopefully, I will feel less pain as I listen to this.

This helps me with period pain, I listen to this while stretching and focusing on the pain. What really helps me personally is to do something I read in one of Osho’s books: go into the pain. Focus on it, don’t be scared to go fully inside and see exactly where it is. Locate the pain and it will diminish. In my case this strategy helps to make it disappear completely but it require full concentration

Well, I've found it. 4 straight hours after starting. Extreme back, knee, hip pain.
It is very important for me to pray to Jesus, so I did as the music began. It felt as though we took a journey thru the stars and He led me to a cozy mountain cabin...and that's all I remember.😴

I let this play during the day behind other things. It is very effective with chronic pain and allows me to continue to move. I usually use other ones at nighttime -- either specific chakras or the whole chakra cleansing ones depending on what feels right when I turn them on. I can usually tell what I need in a few minutes. Very specific vibrations. Thank you.
Templar I think a lot of medications cause that as well. Once you take a pill your brain automatically stops worrying about it, so you quit focusing on the pain, which basically makes it go away.
Templar Absolutely not! I put this on at night n wake in the am with no or almost no pain or stiffness. There are a number of others that are far more pleasant to hear but this one is absolutely more effective for me.

Recently my right shoulder was dislocated, and it has been very difficult and painful to move it, "the crazy thing for me is" ...at this moment (3:30 pm) I have been sitting in my backyard listening to this frequency for one hour and honestly can say that I have felt relief from the pain i have been dealing. with.
