For my situation, I hurt my ex. I pushed him away and broke his trust by behaving poorly to him the the point where he couldn’t take it anymore. I want to be better and he knows I can be, but he says he doesn’t want to try again. I’m going to initiate NC today and not reach out to him anymore, unless he talks to me. It’s been a month and he knows how i feel for him but he’s been talking to me casually in the past and is totally okay with just having me as a friend when that’s not what I want. There’s sexual tension too so I don’t get how we’re both attracted to eachother and he’d be okay with just being friends... He said he’d be devastated if he lost me but if he’s not looking towards rekindling our flame in the future I can’t lower my worth and just be around to soften the blow of the breakup by being his friend. I want him to come back but I also want to move on for my own good. I did treat him poorly and i hate myself for it but we both know it’s not who I truly am and i’m trying to fix my wounds from the past... is it possible for a man to come back after he’s healed?! I really did think we would make it as a couple and I do believe it could work but right now he doesn’t 😕

Clay I really need help understanding something.
So after a month of not talking she reached out to tell me congrats on graduating. She then went cold. That was all a month ago. Two weeks ago she stopped being the first person to view all of my posts. Starting Tuesday she started viewing all of my posts again, I can see that she’s been listening to a TON of depressing songs, and the craziest thing, she liked me and we matched on tinder yesterday. We haven’t talked in over a month. What do you think she’s feeling? Does she want to get back together? What’s my next move?
Bro, I can relate with this so well, I also don't know what to do, I have no idea if my ex is dating someone atm but what I do know is that she misses me but has been too scared to approach me and I've been feeling stuck on trying to work it out or just completely letting go cuz for me, at the end of the day, she's my ex for a reason, I gave it my all and she took it for granted and left me in the dust, so now I try my best to just move on cuz I feel that no matter what happens, we'll never be compatible, maybe one day I'll find the right one for me :)

My ex and i parted ways from the virus and he was dealing with an ill family member. I had planned to reach out with him because i was able to reflect and see my flaw and establish conversation and hopefully meet up but his Ill family member passed. Within the past two months he reached out for my birthday and Easter and had a decent conversation.
I sent him a simple text saying i was sorry for his loss and replied and said he appreciated me reaching out. What is the best way to win him back i don’t want to use the death as a way to win him back as that would be selfish. I assume to give it a little more time.
I too got broken up with through this pandemic and her elderly dad became poorly hence the reason why she broke us up, we have communicated a few times since our break up and she’s still texting me like she did when we were going out. My mate knows and she says you must be very confused with how she’s responding with you, my current little lady has said once all this calms down we maybe able to meet up to see how we both feel about each other. Don't bring up the past. It makes it way worse. Fighting the reactants is difficult as it is, don't bring up the reason why they are there, even if ur trying to tell them you changed. Show them by doing wat u need to do. It's the only thing seeming to hepp

if you’re ready to try again, do it!! if you’ve both had enough time to think things out, make it known what you want and what you’re hoping for. better to get closure and know than to have a false hope for the unknown future.

sounds like you're going through same as me. we broke up first time last year, then i went no contact and she came back 5 months later. That only lasted 7 months, and now broken up again. Your girl probably left again because nothings changed when you two got back. That's exactly what happened to my relationship. completely forgot to address the issues we had and just swept it under the rug, until it happened again. And same like you, i dont know if she will return this time, as she already moved on with someone else.
Calvin Do sometimes when exes are with a rebound though Calvin, they haven’t really ‘moved on’ it’s sometimes a false facade...it’s not real. If you feel that you two belong together I’d try again. It’s up to you though🙂👍🏻
I stand by this method of communicating with an ex, but I wonder if there is a danger of being put in the friendzone while the dynamics improve...
As clay explains in his other videos, your ex and yourself can never truly be in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean you can’t be friends with your ex. It means your ex will always subconsciously see you as someone viable for the role of their partner. They’ll always remember the love you two shared. Speaking of love, this only applies if you truly had a loving bond with your ex.

I am so used to my ex wanting a fight in the past that now I just fight him. I am not at this stage yet. He made so much trouble and frustrated at me for not talking to him. I am not ready to better anything yet clay. He's child minded and I'm not willing to be friendly.
That's totally okay. Assess if this relationship is healthy for you as well. Not all relationship is worth getting back.
