Currently I'm relying on free stoke footage. So, I won't be able to create one. But I know the technique. You can simply take 2-3 separate videos based on your no. of clones. And take 1 separate video without subject which will act as our background. Then create mask of each subject and make necessary adjustments such as position, scale, etc.
There're 100s of videos on this topic. You won't find any new tricks from me. The most important thing is that you need to have Machine with better specs (Regarding RAM, CPU, GPU, etc). Next thing is that it depends upon file format you're exporting and the target bitrate. Lower the Target Bitrate, faster the export. Similarly, it also depend on Resolution & video that you're exporting on that might be 2K, 4K and so on. Exporting 720p video is faster than 4k video.
