Do you think that mixed-use development, like a shopping, dining, and residential district would be well-received in Anchorage? Downtown Anchorage has always been so lackluster. With Alaska's high median income, one would think that there would be more upscale development. Thoughts?

The bus stations do not need to be that way. If the city keep them clean and bleached them thoroughly, they wouldn't smell that way. It is a real distraction for tourists to take the bus around the city to see different places and doesn't make sense why such a centrally located business isn't kept to higher standards. Bottom-line, the city government isn't doing their job!!!
