So far my crashes are minimal and I don't have long loading times but then I'm on a 3rd gen SSD. Thanks for the links!
yea buffout will fix most the small crashes. the loadtime fix (folon version) can fix long load times but it can also cause fast travel crashes sometimes as well.. fallout is fallout! hah
there is a load accelerator on Nexus works nice
The battle coasters are glitched and do the opposite of what they say.There's a mod you can download to fix it just so you know
I absolutely love that every British person I've seen play/stream this game has immediately tried to jump the turnstile and then immediately been confused when the game didn't let them.
The fact that the survivor begins the game in a pod of liquid I think is very much an Austin Powers reference.

I wonder if anyone has ever saved poor old Tricky Ricky? Ive watched a few people playing this and every one of them has had the same experience of dying over and over. They are all long time Fallout fans and know what they’re doing so I think its much like the start of Fallout 4 where you come out the vault and are sent to Concord. It’s like the Deathclaw fight without the power armour! No doubt you are supposed to avoid most confrontations in the beginning, you don’t have the ammo or the perks yet.
Surely we are going to get an umbrella as a weapon at some stage, they couldn’t have overlooked that one? 😁

I saved Ricky and never saw him anywhere after that. I came out of the Lab levelled up (made caltrops from looting) able to open safes and I had a .32 pistol and a service rifle that was locked in a preservation shelter, close to where you leave the building.

do not install the hi res pack, it overwrites some custom art on the new items
if you are on steam disable it in the DLC tab

Use all the normal FO4 bug fix mods and it runs good and doesn't crash. Buffout4 worked for me with the cell change crashes. Disable weapon debris as well.

@@RamosLuis2550 Yeah I found two also so far.. you know there is a rather beefy Dr Who mod that even has a flyable Tardis for Fallout 4. I wonder if that can be made to work in Fallout London or if they did something similar. It would be nice as I cannot bring myself to watch the currant garbage woke season. I don't know if the show can ever recover from the damage.
Nice to see it drop! Now i just have to wait a month or two to let it settle and the fixes and patches do it´s magic. Then i will download it.

The guy on the radio is a Scot and is an important member of the FOLON Team he made the music for the mod. There are Backpacks in the game and there is 1 in the Booths shop opposite where you found the part that was needed, plus chems etc in there. Personally I stopped helping the Vagabonds at the Isle of Dogs quest so I can go over there and not have loads of their guys after me, so Yvette is still waiting there : ) I agree to exploring and level up before main quests, especially get better and upgraded armour and guns before going across the Thames as its even harder over there, more enemies you have not seen yet. Im level 42 and its gets harder I can tell you and im on Normal.
this mod needs a SERIOUS buff to guns, i like the idea of you relying more on melee in lower levels, it's cool, the map is more dense and the setting makes sense, but the guns should do much much more damage, just make them more expensive. Otherwise absolutely loved it

@@GamMngitSssEmoTionaL5953 what is that? and also a glitch is not something you should do to counter a problem from the game, the game itself should have covered that, but also it is pretty hard to make a video game, so i am not complaining
its because in London there's more knives than guns
@@JOPHtheSillygoober i know, i said the melee combat fits, but the guns are ridiculously weak, they can be few and expensive, not weak

Really excited this game finally came out. Hope you and everyone is enjoying the game. For me the only thing that bugs me... is the font. Not a fan of it. Wish they at least kept the normal font.
I'm fairly certain the font used is the same one as the signage around London for the tube stations

Interesting! Downloading it now. I thought they were going to try and fix it so it would work with the next gen update but it looks like they decided that was more trouble than it was worth! I'd like to know that full story.
Idk if I should install it or not, it would mean having to possibly clean install fallout 4 steam
@@samkay9329 Just back it up or install another copy in a new folder. Besides, look at it like a whole new adventure that has got to be better than the fallout 4 story.
@@DivergentDroid Or you can do a manual install using a modloader. That would allow you to toggle between vanilla and london with a couple of clicks, without the extra space required by a second copy of the base game
_Edit: With the caveat that you would have to downgrade the base game to the pre next-gen version_

Helluva first stream of Fallout london :D it's so damn good and ive loved every second of it. (maybe not the parts where todd showed his face) but all in all id say it's one of the better mods i've seen for sure.

Does NOT have to be the Game of the Year version you just have to own ALL of the DLC's so if you purchased them as they came or the season pass before the GOTY version came out

For some Stupid Reason the Devs decided Not to give this game it's own desktop shortcut when installing form GOG. It will start the game and allow you to play from the install application or program as they are Really called ( If I hear another Gen Z say "App" I'm going to strangle them). If you quit the game (or it Crashes like it did on me) How do you restart it? You choose Fallout4.exe NOT the fallout 4 Launcher. Obviously when running London you Cannot run other major TC mods but have to use their own shortcuts which London Failed to do. Remember the Fallout.exe will NOT start the regular Fallout 4 game!
The ideal way to sort it like Skoldire and i have done is to use the steam version for other modpacks and workshop mods, And then use the GOG version only for fallout london.
@@ozidarkstar9956 I have tried both ways. I find it way less problematic to install the GOG version of Fallout 4 (Even if you have to use the Downgrader found on Nexus Mods) then install the Fallout London mod from GOG instead of installing the Steam version. In fact I'd say one should Never install any Steam game due to their DRM but I'm not a fan of GOG either. Folks should always be able to download an install games with out any draconian client.

went to get this but the mod required me to download something to change the game version and that then tried asking for my steam login info so I just decided to not bother since I've seen way too many account theft scams that work like that

If you play any of the fallout games you should know that all factions have their own sorta dedication/cult/ideology they tend to be rather zealous about.
