I have definitely heard split colored albums where you could hear the difference in the different sound between the two colors. I met T Model Ford once. Nice guy, but he only wanted to talk to the ladies, not the dudes. Sounds like I need to hear Alien Nose Job. Thank you!

I have everything from 1 to 40 aside from the stains( which is one of the best and rarest), The overkill 7 inch which is just a killer record, and the dicks kill from the heart which is another fantastic record I’m looking to obtain. RSD in the UK has gone Toyah, Nancy Sinatra & Sweet Doubles etc COLOUR Vinyl (Everyone should ckear out some records in 2023) VC ...every one is showing their new DB Meter on their videos...to check out their Motorhead ! 2022 trying to convince "Rachel's Ghost" that Monster Truck are a great Canadian Band. Always great to see new colour vinyl as the shrink hype stickers lon the Album Cover can leave you guessing !! Great Video !
We get trouble with the sound on our phones all the time - usually hay stuck in the mic. The little holes on phones are so small now it only takes a piece of fuzz to ruin it sometimes. Yup - that's not a poster.

I've had a few issues with splatter or different colored vinyl, though it's never made the record unlistenable to me. But I do have a tri-colored unofficial Pink Floyd BBC record that sounds absolutely perfect, no issues whatsoever. I wish I knew what it was that makes some sound fine while others have that subtle noise. Looking at other people's comments it seems that everyone has different experiences with it that are as varied as Maslov's hats. That Dave Allen record seems to be quite interesting, I'll have to check that out.
Rich on the Dave Allan, "experiment in terror" was by henry mancini, I live in Pittsburgh and back in the 70's the local NBC affiliate ran a tv show called chiller theatre which aired Boris Karloff b horror flicks, and they used that song for the show

I haven't noticed a lot of albums that sound poor because of color you know but I know the ones that are solid silver or gold in color to me for some reason sound very flat and sound. I had debated on the first Gun a club you showed, guess I will grab it if I see it. I was worried about the sound quality in the Heartbreakers album but I was I,pressed how else it sounded. I was also debating on that blues ablum, at Ford. I was thinking it may have a more aburnside type feel which I really love. Good luck on the new phone, Jets and Lions next week! Alien Nosejob - He obviously studied early AC/DC riffs & took note of the lyrical stylings of TISM (don't think many outside of Australia will know who TISM is) as that's what it sounds like to me. A very decent album.

I would like to put together a convention comprised of UA-cam record collecting personalities kinda like the video game guys. It would be a record convention / sell merch / concert on the second night. You would definitely be a star with something like this. Hair cut on point! Salute!
I'm thinking record convention consisting of local sellers and prominent UA-cam personalities like you, Robert Fithin, Cosmic Bryan, Bipbopboop, Harris Pilton, etc. With sponsors (especially UA-cam) and ending in a concert that is comprised of local talent. If we're lucky, maybe a national headliner. Of course, there will be drinking and debauchery involved.
Years ago I used eBay to collect every album I could find with Davie Allen on it. I got most of them. There are a number of albums he performed on where he did not receive any credit. A number of them were Mike Curb albums.

Did you take it down? are you still struggling with the crate straps? did you send it back because of all the production issues this prestige box set has? The only Dave Allen I know is a comedian who was big on the BBC in the 1970s, and even in the 1960s he toured with The Beatles. Can you imagine some audiophile record on split colored vinyl with glitter? I’d pay $1500 to see The Rolling Stones in 1972. Not today. All the best photos of me include piss stained trousers. Audio on the video seemed pretty good until the last few minutes and it was up and down.

I’m not even sure where the mic is. I blew the phone out with canned air. It helped but not quite perfect.

I’m sure most of the issues with background sound is from the pressing plant. Most of my colored vinyl sounds great except a glow in the dark one.
I'll have now check my split colored vinyl do I hear difference. Hope not. Great video as usual.
