For some reason, I just found the Facebook page. The work on those rounds is astonishing. Poor Don just can't seem to understand that some of us will just never have the drawing talent he has. Nice chat with Matt on the podcast. Looking forward to buying some tack packs such as spur straps.

You're so right. I took up leathercraft way too late in life to learn the artistry. I spend all my time learning the craft using someone else's patterns.

Heck I been doing leathercraft for a long time & I still can't draw. I even bought Don's drawing thing off his website. I just don't seem to understand how to draw. Some have it, some don't. I fortunately throughout the years have been able to find someone that could draw & bought drawings from them. It has worked through the years but it does take out of the profit. Heck, I am one of those that couldn't draw a straight line with a ruler. So, I try to stay away from anything that I have to draw unless I can find or buy patterns. I thought about just retiring but I still enjoy making leather goods.

That's the reason that I bought the tortilla pack pattern, I altered to a round bag, same concept
