      Because American eggs are brushed, to "clean" the eggs, which is not necessary at all. On the contrary: you wipe off the protection layer. That's why eggs in the US are sold in the fridge while in Europe (at least in the Netherlands where I live) they're sold outside the fridge. Maybe that's why American eggs are nah

    How to cook Korean street rice:
    1. Use egg, cooked rice, boiled shrimp, minced carrot, diced leeks, and oil.
    2. Put it all together and stir for 45 minutes on high heat, getting half of the contents on the floor.
    3. Serve what remains.

      The rice and other debris on the range cleans very easily - there is a tap over the range. The surface around the burner gets flooded and washed at the end of the day. Then the water is pushed to the back where there is a drain. Takes seconds. (Also, most chefs don’t get that dramatic (messy) frying rice :)

      @@DarthFurie it depends on how many rice are in there. If yours just as much as the video then, it should be tasteful. If it's not, you probably only need 2-3 eggs. And rice with eggs only make it taste weird, you need to season (if you want) and also added some vegetables or maybe meat.
      It'll taste better. Oh, add a pinch of salt too

      Are not used to asian way of making rice? Wok is their primary tool even befo saucepan is invented
      Edit: wok can be expensive so i guess its only sensible for homecook to use saucepan while wok used in restaurants, using wok to toss rice can minimize a mess compared to saucepan and ez to clean but up to u
