I was simply playing BGMI and this green line suddenly popped up. No fall no update just randomly. I was then watching UA-cam after playing modern warships then again a purple line appeared. The key point is don't let your device heat while playing intensive graphics games for like hours and also monitor your charge pattern. Charging after intense gaming or while the phone is warm causes these lines.

Try to degrade the Android version, if the issue is still there it's a hardware issue if not you will have nothing to worry about
