I looked at an alternative solution to the Logitech potentiometers. What I did in this video worked but in the end just a light coating of dielectric grease on the Logitech contact surfaces was the better and easier solution.
Great video, Thankyou 👌🙏 im alao having some intermittent issues with my Accelerator pedal on my PS4 using G29 pedals. So this 3D mod may very be the answer. 🙏 A quick question, after this mod, is the replacement potentometer "readily available" online through most electronic sites ? It really sad how companies wont sell their prioritised replacement parts adding to another product joining the throw away society we now live in. Im recently just revisting Gran Turismo 4 on a PS2, what a gem of a game, so many more different tracks & licensed cars compared even to the lasted GT7 on PS4. Much appreciated for the review, enjoy your Sim Racing, keep the shiny side up. 😊🎮🚘
I use a PlayStation PS4 Pro. Since making that video I’ve found that cleaning the potentiometers then applying a light coating Di Electric grease on the contact surfaces works really well. I removed the 3DRAP one and used the old ones again after lubricating them. Never had a problem since.

I forgot to ask are you using a Playstation console or PC ?

OK cool, thanks for advice. Glad it's still going strong. Looks like I'm off to repco / Supercheap for some Dilectric Grease. .... Cheers 🍻 🙏😊
