The black looks really good 12:34. Black is prob my favorite car colour but its hard to keep the paint nice since you see everything on it like scratches, dust, filth, etc.
Hi from Columbia SC! Always a wonderful job. Color suggestion if possible - Black with a Blue pearl (clear) or Shipwreck silver with blue pearl. I think you will like either one. You are a great painter. Man I wish I could get my car to you.
The thing with Rustoleum is the dules out a lot. If you don't use clear coat like 2K clear. It will look flat. I'm willing to bet if you buffed that paint it will come back and look as good as that hood.
I’ve done rustoleum paint jobs. you should test out the turbo cans from rustoleum. I also did use the spray gun on another car. white rustoleum and rustoleum clear lol. turns out great!
If it was rattlecanned satin black and has some UV and age damage, it will be much less glossy, especially a single stage non clear coated paint. Give the hood some time and it would look the same. But I agree the satin black rattle can job does look a bit cheap and you have shown a great way to do a budget job respraying the whole thing. The bumpers could use a respray anyway.
Hi from miami florida 😊 exelent job nice my friend thank you.we need more good people like you thank you.i like it i will try in my silverado 2002 blue color😊

Since the car is exposed to the elements the finish dulls over time. I think you’ll find that in a couple of months the paint will match a lot better, or you could ceramic coat the rest of the car to make some of the shine come back
I might be too late with this (your videos stopped showing up on my feed for some reason) but satin black paint the whole car and add a clear coat on top. It looks mean as hell in black. Matte black paint just makes any car look like an 8 year old painted it with the cheapest rattle cans and no prep.
Prep not product is king, and your prep is great - fantastic job for a rattle can on a hood.

just hit up the rest of the car with the same satin black....it looks good
I'm a fan of the satin black. With the quality of prep and workmanship you have it'll come out fantastic I think.
Great job as usual. Looks great for the price. I'm personally a fan of Mustangs in blue but honestly the black does look cool
God bless you, Justin! Great video and amazing work!
Smoked gray would look good 👍🏽
I’m all for the budget paint jobs, keep them coming! And that satin paint turned out way better than I thought it would
yes paint it, i've been following your channel for so many years and i've learn alot by watching you and being able to do it on my own cars
I think the whole car same as the hood would be very nice
Most people underestimate spray cans, but the really bad jobs are people who aren't patient and get runny paint.
Gives me the confidence to do the hood on my 95 Suburban.
Did you do it yet? Just curious on results
I think I'd like flat black best. But its just about a draw between satin and flat black. Just my 2 cents. Awesome video man. Thanks for sharing!

Red or yellow with that black hood would look awesome! Great video! Gives me some confidence to paint my car.

Got any tips for buying, fixing/restoring and flipping cars/trucks etc?
Looks good bro!
I'd like to see it in Nardo gray. I have a sn just like this and I've been considering what it would look like. Great video
Thank you for putting this out 79th, I know these videos take a lot of effort to film. That being said, you should do rustoleum safety yellow
Mix gloss black and smoke grey it makes like a battle ship grey color that looks sick
do the color shift spray paint
Always on the Hustle, I love it!!!
Id keep it black!
Paint that thing blue like the civic! It'd look bad ass! You going to Classic Hondas on the Dragon?
Satin black the whole car
God bless you
Great video, I’m thinking about doing my hummer with the rattle can method
Leave it black, its fine
Looks damn good brother, thanks for the tips definitely gonna help out
I see some Bruce Lee tiger stripes on that front right fender. Yellow, Bruce Lee stripes
I just sprayed a lip with that spray paint can!! Man it really is good trust!!
Keep it The Black Stallion and add a White Lightning bolt down the side in the 3M reflector paint
YELLOW with black accents 👍💯
Satin Black. Or Yellow with a black satin hood.
I would keep it black Justin that’s my opinion but the smoke grey would look good too
Can you show use a paint job from those turbo spray can ?😂

Minty green!

They used the Semi gloss . The semi gloss 5 in 1 would be a good match
What about a clear coat?
It might just be the original rust oleum has faded. Rust oleum desn't hold up great in extended sunlight without clear. You can clear it.

All paint looks good wet😂
More mustang videos!
Swap everything into the older mustang
i think yellow or smoke grey
smoke grey!
must be really hot over there sweating that much haha but hood looks great man
I’ve used that new can before and in my honest opinion of spray painting for over 20 years , this can sucks compared to the ultra 2x cans
Black
Black for surw
Turbo can repaint
Satin Black
