The Rats are clearly a formidable entity in this universe, so when Dick Dastardly says they don't have a Rat problem, he's talking about an alliance.
There aren’t enough comments pointing out how well done the Initial D bit was. I swore it was a recolor of one of the scenes from the anime because the CGI is just spot-on with the show.

I love this so much. there's so many different art styles but it still blends together so well, and truly showcases the talent of everyone involved. even though there were different iterations of each character you can still tell who is who. well done to the animators and artists, this is so incredible.
