Great Value Frozen avocado chunks woohoo! I believe Welch's puts out a bag as well that was the first time I saw a frozen avocado but it's much more expensive. This way the avocado is always at its peak of ripeness and Ready-to-Eat where I was buying avocados by the five or six bags and they would either spoil very quickly or I could have thrown them through the kitchen window they were so hard.! :-)

I think its so funny that Lucy likes protein pancakes. I've seen them around, just afraid to buy them cause I'm afraid they'll taste weird and I've wasted my money (protein pancake mixes tend to be expensive here) do they taste different?? I hope you're feeling better Jess. I was battling a sore throat the last couple days..ugggh I don't know what's worse, a sore throat or a migraine. Maybe I'd take a sore throat over the migraine.
