I experienced anemia for ten years. Until my Doctor he was from India. He told it doesn't matter how much iron u take. If you don't take it with folic acid u pooped it out. You must make with folic acid. My anemia went from eight to fourteen in less than three months no special diet. I hope this can help other people.
It has, thank you! I got diffuse shedding (low iron stores, not blood iron) from antacid meds. It wouldn't have been identified or treated but for my own research. Doc didn't know how to interpret the test results. 🙄Before the bloodwork I was being told it was all in my imagination! 🙃😐I was doing well on the self-prescribed supplements (despite staying on the meds responsible), until I hit menopause, which has triggered male pattern shedding. I also think my gut has suffered - which is prohibiting the absorption of my iron. Double trouble. The schoolgirl error I made was taking it without vitamin C, but I hadn't heard about folic acid. How much do I take? I'd like to try adding it, as I'm fed up with so much shedding, and can't afford to lose any more from the front.
How much water should we drink daily? I drink 1.5 liters . Should I be drinking more ? I also had a doctor tell me that if you suffer from anemia you need to stop drinking black tea coffee sodas anything with caffeine because it depletes iron .
I eat loads of greens, fish and nuts and seeds, some eggs , berries, lemons and limes and ground flaxseeds , sauerkraut, green teas , green Smoothies and Apple Cider Vinegar with natural clay shampoos and still hairloss and I walk forty five minutes five days a week. Still hairloss. Pumpkin seeds and B12 and Vitamin D and Probiotics and a multi vitamin too. Still hairloss.
Make sure you're getting the iron that you can adsorb. I take an iron supplement with folic acid and drink nettle tea. It stopped my hair loss and helped my anemia
I've experienced severe hair loss ever since I hit puberty, but it was every once in a while so my hair thickness was never affected. Now I'm 40, the past 7 years has been horrible (specially post covid), I severely shed most of the year & only recover 3 to 4 months. There is nothing I haven't tried; name any product I bought it, any office treatment I invested in it, any test I took, healthy lifestyle etc. I am doing everything right. My doctors feel sorry for me because they can't figure out the reason for this chronic telogen effluvium, there's nothing clinically wrong with me ... sometimes I feel like I wanna stop wasting all my energy & money and just let it do it's thing 💔
Hi thankyou for the information. My hair used to b really thick and healthy but all of sudden it started falling out its gone really thin dry fizzy and stopd growing for past 10 years my air hasnt grown. Dr keep saying everything is fine. Is there a test that i need to get done for this?
It also depends on: *Genetics (Early balding) or age, * Hormones ( Peri/ Menopause). *Thyroid Issues. *Not enough QUALITY Protein. *Anemia ( both Iron and Folic / Folate Acid deficiency) *Stress
I pray to God that everyone who is reading this gets better and stays healthy. What helped me is using the herbs from the book the hidden herbs by anette ray
I have read many books, I listened to many UA-cam videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

The commentary by the woman is annoying. Just have Barbara speak.

The channel must have the legal right to post the entire video from another person.
