I'm an Irish boy born in an all black neighborhood of Southwest building my first job was working for a great pizza place that's where I learned Greek and I can tell you if you ever go to a restaurant or diner that's ran by Greeks the food will be the highest quality because those people are obsessed with quality over quantity and quickness!
Not sure what your point was about being wyte and born in an all black neighbourhood?? Do you need a medal for surviving around black folks?? Also, I been around Greeks, they are very tight fisted and prefer profit over anything else. If you want quality it’s the gonna come from the Swiss/Germans/Austrian, Japanese, Italians, French, Norwegian/Swedish/Danish that actually care about quality and that’s pretty much it. Greeks are not known for high quality amongst Central Europeans.
The 1st thing I do when I go to a family owned place like this or a diner is ask if they have a greek salad by hollering in the door here in the south, if they do I eat there, big portions, good prices, great food everytime, is the truth, God Bless them & their business

Steve has Genuine kind demeanor I found his talking about the business and the members that work there very pleasing.
He appears to be the consummate professional and gentleman.
And, the dogs look amazing.
