Thanks for this! My new Samsung tablet S9FE plus just crashed, and it would not let me shut it down. I used your trick with the side button and the volume down long press and it worked to hard restart it. I was using it for many hours today, but hopefully this won’t be a common thing for it to crash! Just went to a dark yet slightly backlit screen but with nothing available on it and not responding.
