Kisiel can be healthy. Our grandmothers prepared it even for babies. This is a diet food for people with stomach problems, too... But to this function you have to prepare it on your own. Potato stretch, water, fruit juices, some of sugar to better taste. Some of us give little parts of apple or other fruits to hot meal :) It really can help when you have pain in stomach etc.
I'm on a spree of watching videos where people eat polish snacks and your energy is the best of all of them. :) I live in Poland and did drink quite a lot of regular Perła but never the honey one. I really need to try it someday. Coconut is "kokos" in Polish. "Kokosowa" means that something is coconut-ish - feminine as it's a Princess ;), that's why it ends with "a". Masculine would be "kokosowy".
"Ptasie Mleczko" literally means Bird Milk ;) it's verry popular and it has many flavours (vanilla, choco, plain milky flavour or some fruity flavour).
It can be "Bird Milk", but it can also be "Avian Milk", although such form can be unfamiliar to a lot of English speakers, thus we should stay with "Bird milk". Bird's milk doesn't sound good, as it directly tells us that it's milk from the bird (again, people might disagree here). "Ptasie" is a neuter adjective form of a noun "Ptak" (Bird) in Polish. Edit: Actually, "bird milk" is also correct, used more commonly, as Lothario explained below. I fixed my comment, thanks for correcting me.

I have to confess...I like wafer cookies, just as Satoshi does! Those looked really great. Thanks for the wonderful video, and I hope you are still doing well in Hawaii! Thinking of you.
Yes. Polish "ruskie pierogi" Its dumplings with potatoes and white cheese (something similar to tofu but made by cow milk) Little bit of onion cook/fry on butter. The best of best thing in Poland meals. My kids loooove that so much we have to make hundreds of it's and freezing to have it any time ;)
I adore kisiel, that starch dessert, it's rather popular here, there are many flavours available. But it's also easy to make a home-made one. You just need potato starch and fruits of your choice (I love cherries, redcurrants or apples for that), you cook them in water with a bit of sugar if needed, and when fruits get soft and all flavour is in water, then you take starch mix it in a bit of cold water and you pour that into that boiling watery fruits and cook till it's clear. And you can make it more runny (when I was a kid I used to have it very runny as a drink) or you can make it very thick. Also, you can put it in a fridge and it it cold, it's great for hot days. And if you haven't eaten all the krówki yet, you can make szyszki with them, Emmy made them once on her channel (loooong time ago, I think she was still living in Japan when she made those) so you can see recipe there, she liked szyszki even more then krówki themselves. Wedel trully is a mad genius company, cooks at thier R&D are coming up with something new so often, it feels like every time I go to a shop I see a new flavor
Kisiel is perfect when you had stomach problems and you have to eat light things, my mum used to make me one with cranbberries. Krowka is actually a little cow hence the smiling cow. I prefer choclets from Wawel over the new Wedel, they got worse after Cadbury bought them. You should definitely try something from their selection of sweets, like " Kasztanki" crunchy dark chocolats or "Kukulki" candies with chocolate feeling laced with alcohol. They had also lovely, thick drinking chocolat in their shops.
I haven't eaten the dark chocolat drazetki, I know the milky white ones. I loved those. I also haven't tried the chips like that, we were stuffing ourselves with cream cheese onion ones with my l best friend when we finally got to meet again after many years. Without beer though, we got some honey cider which got popular few years ago. Weird as we grow loads of delicious apples.

Ptasie mleczko (🐦 milk) from WEDEL company is the best in wanilla flavour in milk chocolate. And it's name bird milk because it's light like a flying bird .... It's very tasty. But this company making the best......
Best Polish waffle in chocolate is Price Polo and it has high-quality dark chocolate. Best Polish classic "Ptasie Mleczko" is from Wedel and it also has high-quality dark chocolate. Best Polish chocolate is probably Wedel's dark chocolate 60-75% cocoa. Best way to eat those is by putting them into your fridge for 30min so chocolate gets a bit cold and really crunchy and snappy ^^ I personally love cold Ptasie Mleczko and any waffles ;)
13:30 it's kisiel. But this is słodka chwila because it's similar but more simply to create. Normally kisiel is boiling. I hope you understand what I try to say. My english isn't perfect.

Not only is the food great, the mountains are the most beautiful I have ever seen (google Zakopanie, Poland)! No offense to the other commenters, but what place does sexual preference have in a food video? If you agree or disagree with the lifestyle, lets try to evolve to the point when it is insignificant and does not need to be discussed any more than eye color would be. Let's all relate to each other just as people.

oh!!! I'm so happy you're trying Polish snacks!!!
I started from watching your newer videos and had no ideas you do taste tests and i even thought that i would really love to send you Polish snacks to try!
"słodka chwila" ( the starch dessert thing) is actually what the line of those deserts is called i think...
It means "a sweet moment"! lovely isn't it?
The dessert itself is called "Kisiel" (キシエル) and is popular in slavic countries C:
And krówka (ク ル ヴ カ) means "little cow" : D
i'm so happy you guys like Polish sweets!
If you ever want to visit Europe and come to Poland and you need a food guide - let me know ; D
In Poland it is common to have beer with little bit of a sweet fruit syrup.
Ptasie mleczko (🐦 milk) from WEDEL company is the best in wanilla flavour in milk chocolate.
And it's name bird milk because it's light like a flying bird ....
It's very tasty. But this company making the best......
I tried a honey beer made here in the US, it was so sweet I was couldn't hardly drink it.
Polish one is not sweet at all. It is bitter with honey aroma.
Glad you like it. Greets from Poland
Best way to eat those is by putting them into your fridge for 30min so chocolate gets a bit cold and really crunchy and snappy ^^
I personally love cold Ptasie Mleczko and any waffles ;)
You guys are so funny. Greetings from Poland. 😁
13:30 it's kisiel. But this is słodka chwila because it's similar but more simply to create. Normally kisiel is boiling. I hope you understand what I try to say. My english isn't perfect.
Perła from Lublin, obviously.the best beer ever, lovin it.
Manchester City is better then Liverpool u idiot
Weronika did a great job- she sent you some real good ones! Made me instantly craving all of them things haha xD great video guys :)

Hi! it's my first comment, i'french algerian woman and my husband is polish, i love ptasie mleckio, and also bayaderka(Polish pastries coated with chocolate)hummm!
I have to tell those ARE really good.
