Just did this with my broken arm! Thank you so much for taking the time to think about people who feel trapped and helpless because of injuries and helping us to cope and feel able-bodied again. You are truly an inspiration
Omg! Cheers to you - well done! I just had 2 weeks off yoga with a dislocated shoulder - I’ve been too scared to do anything active at all incase I fell or something and did it again.
Thank you so much for this video. Recently I will be getting my left hand amputated due to a relapse of sarcoma cancer. So this will do me good and get me ready for yoga without stress on both hands.
Love this practice, done it many times. I have a lot of problems with my wrists and shoulders. Would love more hands free videos! Thank you Adriene for providing yoga for all of us. It is so appreciated. 🙏
Feeling pretty sore through the shoulders today so this practice was very much welcomed! Hope everyone has a great practice today, especially those following through to Blossom from Move 😊
loving every part of this community. here after move and watching my practise continue to blossom. i started my ywa journey with breathe last year and i’ve been practicing every day since. completely changed my life in so many ways. thank u adriene and love to all these amazing people who turn up every day 🙏🏻💛
I just found out I can't do yoga for 6 months because of a wrist fracture and broke down in tears because yoga is such a big part of my life- I then found this video which made everything so much better- thank you Adriene :)
And me! I had to stop the 30 day yoga journey halfway through this year. So glad I can still do some practice now that I have a splint instead of a cast.
I'm in tears. Due to drawing a lot for my job/education I developed RSI on my right hand tendons and that made it impossible for me to do yoga as often as I wanted to (or sometimes not at all). I missed doing yoga with you so much, this is the best gift you could have given me. Thank you, thank you thank you Adriene!
i thought i wouldn't be able to do today's practice cuz i feel no energy at all. but i decided to stick to yoga, and it was a great decision, i feel empowered after this video. thank u, Adriene!
I was being a negative Nancy this morning and I thought I wasn't going to have time for yoga before work but I was able to work it in. So so worth it guys. Turned that negative energy right around. Just what I needed. (And my probably what my clients needed too 🤣)
Blossom Day 4: Again a quick little ditty that ended as soon as it began. My hands and wrists enjoyed the welcome break, while the core and leg muscles were gently woken up. Off to start my day! Have a nice day everyone :)
Blossom Day 4: Second day of a depressive episode, i cancelled work and my uni work for now, but i made it here, to the mat. Depression really makes you think like your worst enemy, so I recommended this practice to myself. I know daily yoga has my back and i can come to the mat with whatever strength level. Thank you Adriene 💖✨
It takes a lot of strength to get yourself on to the mat during a depressive episode - you should feel proud of yourself. I'm currently caring for someone very close to me who is deep in anxiety and depression and I see how painful and hard it can be for them just to get out of bed, wash, eat and drink. If you have advice about how to encourage this person to find the mat for themselves I would appreciate it...although I guess the secret is it has to be something they do for themselves when the moment is right for them. Wishing you all the very best in your recovery x
Ive been there and feel for you. I only got SAD now and quite mild but it hit me yesterday in the dark grey weather. I was very surprised about my neg thinking as my mental health has been in good shape lately thanks to yoga etc. So keep on your mat if that saves u...😘

Ditto! Thanks Adriene!! Please, any more hands free yoga would be hugely appreciated for anyone gong through similar arm/wrist fractures!! You forget how valuable regular home yoga practice is until you're so limited by an injury! x
I broke my arm a couple weeks ago and this was a blessing to get back on my mat. Would love more hands free practices, especially ones that help stretch the muscles we’re not using in the chest, side, and back.
I’m getting back to yoga. I am going to be 60 my birthday I’m looking for something to tone, help me lose weight and my overall health. Yoga with Adrienne is the best. Love August workouts so far. ❤️
This, and the hands free play list, helped me so much when I broke my hand in August 21, it was good to still be able to do a daily practice, though I was sad about it setting back my yoga practice and worried about it bearing weight in the future... It was good to return to this today for February Blossom and do it without a wrist brace! And to remember how far I've come since August - nearly back to normal 😀
ADRIENE! I NEED MORE OF THESE! I am so grateful to have found these! I’ve done yoga every day for 8 years (and started following you about 3 years ago). One year ago I dislocated my shoulder and doctors still haven’t been able to figure out how to fix it. I have been so frustrated trying to substitute alternate poses and killing the flow, I’ve stopped doing yoga. Yoga is the only thing that kept me sane and I struggle with mental illness and it was my salvation
First time seeing this sequence. Perfect for today as I needed such a practice after not sleeping too well. I was a bit wobbly at times but I do feel better. Trust day 10. 218 days in a row.
I really enjoy this one, I have it saved as a favourite. As someone with a wonky shoulder, I'd love to see more hands-free or even completely arms-free as I sometimes have trouble raising my arm over my head. Thanks so much for all you do!
Day 10 of Trust and I’m so proud of myself for completing this one today. I’ve started to get tinnitus in my right ear and it has been really distressing for me and has made practicing yoga difficult at times. Today it was especially distressing for me and it was really difficult to get myself on my mat but I am so grateful I did. I started the practice in tears and at the end of the practice I felt a lot lighter. Thank you so much for being my light and escape during this time for me.

I had a great sleep, following Bedtime Yoga - too relaxed even to post!! This morning's practice was perfect, toning the legs, easing the neck and shoulders yet giving the wrists a break. Thank you Adriene x
Today I must have been really present, because I really felt the 'a little goes a long way'. My whole being feels just as good as after a full hour practise, in just 15 min. Amazing! Also the rain started pouring outside my window just when I pressed play, a beautiful contrast to the fire lit within. Thank you!

Love the hands free work! Going thru radiation for breast cancer and just diagnosed with tennis elbow on the same side (as if I EVER even held a tennis racket) as the treatment, so no upper body stuff for awhile and this is exactly what I need! You truly are a gift, Adriene! Namaste all!

What a nice practice! I expected it to be fast moving, as Adriene said it's gonna be firey. What a surprise, I like fiery with slower and more mindful movement! Thank you :)
I just discovered these yoga no arms, no wrists, no pressure videos, and I'm so cheered up! I managed to injure my arm a few weeks ago, and the recovery is taking so long for someone as impatient as me. This enables me to practice yoga in the meantime! Yay!! Thank you so much! Namaste!

Blossom day 4 - I smiled all through this practice. I have done this before & grimaced my way through it but not today, feeling so present on my mat since move. Thanks Adriene x
So smooth and simple. Well, I don't think I would have say this 6 months ago, but, it's how we can see how much we have progressed! It's amazing! Namaste
Did this Blossom Day 4 after returning from a 6.5km walk outside and woooooo baby! My legs are fired up something fierce today. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but the most welcome soreness ever. What a lovely, and surprisingly short, practice today. Ready to head off to hydrotherapy for some much needed downtime. And some deep meditative breaths in the steam room. Namaste, mis amores!!

Busy day today so I picked this from the calendar, a quickie workout off the wrists was good for me today. See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
How is it that the most perfect YWA video always appears at the right time?
This was a sweet practice 👌🏻 just enough movement to keep my body stratified.
BEGIN Day 9. Thank you. Super awakening of the body today.
Slow and strong today, noticed all the sensations 🌸
Coming back to this practice I had skipped earlier. I felt so stable in chair pose today, I've come so far :)

Intention : begin to just do it
I love the truth that by just doing the practice intentionally, it doesn't matter how many minutes it takes I know that I did what is good for me.
Thank you so much Adriene for this beautiful practice you are a great teacher and a blessing for us all. 🙏🏼
See you tomorrow beautiful souls
Namaste 🙏🏼
Love the hands free work! Going thru radiation for breast cancer and just diagnosed with tennis elbow on the same side (as if I EVER even held a tennis racket) as the treatment, so no upper body stuff for awhile and this is exactly what I need! You truly are a gift, Adriene! Namaste all!
Happy Monday Trust fam,
Hope you guys have an awesome day! Namaste 🙏
I’m having a lot of pain in my wrists and fingers and numbness. I’ve been doing your yoga videos twice a day. Please do more hands free videos! I don’t want to stop!
today’s practice done on:
* 2/4/22: who know a practice without using hands could create so much energy and heat. lovely practice for blossom day 4
* 8/9/22: a good break from the floor. begin day 9 🌱
Adrienne you are a gift from heaven☺️🤗
What a nice practice! I expected it to be fast moving, as Adriene said it's gonna be firey. What a surprise, I like fiery with slower and more mindful movement! Thank you :)
Exaaaactly! 🎶
Namaste!
fantastically amazing practice, just what i needed! thank you wholeheartedly, Adriene, for your efforts in creating these helpful/healing yoga videos! i'm always grateful and appreciative of you! a special thank you to you, our lovely Benji! from my heart to yours, namaste! ✨

I have and torn rotator cuff and some permanent nerve damage in my back which prevents me from lying on my back; this hands free workout was perfect for me! I’d love to see more standing/hands free workouts that are 20-30 minutes long! Thank you for this!
Thank you, Adriene 🤍 send u love
Blossom day 4 - I smiled all through this practice. I have done this before & grimaced my way through it but not today, feeling so present on my mat since move. Thanks Adriene x
I'm here for BLOSSOM (feb 2022) and it's my 95th day of daily practice with Adriene !
O just like myself i am in my 12th week, missed counting the days.. She makes yoga so assesdible. Namaste
This was an awesome practice for someone recovering from a broken wrist. Would love to see an entire wrist free flow from you!
My wrist is injured so this is the perfect workout for me. Thank you!
Thank you for this lovely short practice today.
So smooth and simple. Well, I don't think I would have say this 6 months ago, but, it's how we can see how much we have progressed! It's amazing! Namaste
This was great for me to still do some yoga post hand surgery, thank you!
Thank you so much, really loving practicing everyday, making such a difference 🥰
