Most tattoo removal clinics scam customers by intentionally using low laser settings. I had several large tattoos removed in prison, where I was a corrections officer. The prison had a tattoo removal program for inmates short-to-the-door. My removal took five months and four sessions, as opposed to three years and twenty sessions at a clinic I visited.
As a clinic we wouldn't call safety protocols as a scam. You should leave gaps of 8 weeks between appointments. The time frame varies for each client and their tattoo, as different factors such as ink type and color, skin type, and age and location of the tattoo play a role.
Hello. Removing a light green tattoo can be challenging, as green is generally one of the harder colours to break down with laser treatments. The PicoSure Laser is widely regarded as one of the best options for green tattoo removal. Hi, i have a question. I got my third tattoo removal session for my black tattoo. The first session was with picolaser, pain was a 6/7 out of 10. My second session was quite painful 8/9 put of 10 (maybe bec my health condition was not good and i didn‘t slept the night). All the pain was after the removal since the numbness faded and the pain starts. It was just the first day but everything after was ok. Now my third session was really really good. Besides the laser pain, i have no pain afterwards. And no blisters like in the first and second one. But this time the removal was with nano laser (the laser maschine was defect so the doctor had a backup maschine). My question: based on reviews and casestudies picolaser is overall a „better“ option. But with this experience i had less pain with nano. I‘m not sure if it’s more effective compared to picolaser but since my tattoo is only black, maybe this kind of wavelength fits better? The doc said the wavelength is only the difference but in my case picolaser and nanolaser have the same results. But is there anything i should be aware of? For example in the healing process (scaring or hyperpigmentation). Of course everyone feels differently and have different experiences with doctors or laser. I’m afraid that i‘m paying the same amount but have less effective results which means more sessions. Would be nice if you could help me out. 😢
Hello there, and thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like you've been through quite a journey with your tattoo removal, experiencing different levels of discomfort and results across your sessions. It's great to hear that your third session with the nano laser brought you less pain and no blisters, which must have been a relief. When it comes to comparing the effectiveness of picolaser and nanolaser for black tattoos, it's true that the picolaser is often highlighted for its efficiency, but if the nanolaser is providing you with good results without the adverse effects, it might indeed be a suitable option for your specific case. Every individual's response to laser treatment can vary, and factors like tattoo pigment, skin type, and the laser's wavelength play significant roles. It's important to discuss your concerns regarding the healing process, potential scarring, or hyperpigmentation with your doctor, as they can offer tailored advice based on your experiences and their expertise. To minimise the risk of a "ghosting" effect after tattoo removal, it's crucial to choose an experienced practitioner who uses advanced laser technology tailored to your skin type and tattoo colours. Complete tattoo removal often requires multiple sessions, and results can vary based on factors like ink depth, colour, and your skin's healing process. At Pulse Light Clinic, we offer consultations to create a personalised plan that maximises the chances of full removal while minimising any potential side effects.

Would Pico still be able to target those colors in my skin as well? Or would me chances be decreased due to the color of my skin. Thank you if you respond, I have not been able to find a of information about this.
Thank you for your kind words and for reaching out with your question! Pico lasers are indeed advanced in targeting a wide range of tattoo ink colors effectively, and they're designed with versatility to work on various skin types, including type 3 skin. Hello, big color tattoos can be removed completely or just they fade up with picolaser? i have one on my thigh, they told me that with picoway my color tattoo can be removed. Also i didn't decide if i want to removed it completely yet but i want it to fade so i can have a new cover up tattoo. thanks
PicoWay laser treatments are effective for fading and often removing big, colorful tattoos. The number of sessions needed varies, but significant fading is typically achieved, which can make covering up with a new tattoo easier. We recommend a consultation to discuss your goals and assess the best approach for your tattoo removal or fading process. You can book it from this link: bit.ly/4aE4fK7
Laser tattoo removal is designed to target the ink in the skin and typically does not affect hair growth in the treated area. If used to remove a brow tattoo, the hair follicles should remain intact and unaffected.

Hi guys very curious here I’ve had pico laser and also yag laser older version is it just me but after the laser session I’ve notice the tattoo seems to go darker any reason ? 😢
Hi! It’s common for a tattoo to appear darker immediately after a laser session due to the ink breaking up and rising closer to the skin's surface. This is a normal part of the removal process and will typically lighten over time as your body absorbs the fragmented ink. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us for personalised advice!
This is a tricky question. The time frame varies for each client and their tattoo, as different factors such as ink type and color, skin type, and age and location of the tattoo play a role.
I've heard things that a small $50 tattoo may cost $3,000, and a year's worth of treatments, spaced 6 weeks apart in order to allow for healing, to remove.
Laser tattoo removal is generally safe for hair follicles, but there is a small risk of temporary hair thinning in the treated area. However, with careful targeting and appropriate settings, an experienced practitioner can minimise this risk, especially around delicate areas like the eyebrows. It's best to consult with a professional to discuss your concerns and ensure a safe treatment plan.
my tattoo removal cliinc say its hard to remove blue colour and can create a scar, and still they havve the newest technology, and they recoommend a coverup
Blue tattoo ink can indeed be one of the hardest colours to remove due to its resistance to many wavelengths of laser light. While the latest technology improves removal chances, there is still a risk of scarring, especially with stubborn colours. If your clinic suggests a cover-up, it might be because they believe the ink's depth or composition could make full removal difficult without potential skin damage.
It is misleading to say that tattoo removal is "quick." Per SESSION, of course that is quick. But in terms of how many sessions will be needed over the course of how much time, the overall process is far from quick. Tattoo removal requires repeated periods of laser sessions and healing. An individual laser session is much quicker that a tattoo session, but you'll have to go for 10x as many laser sessions.
Thank you for your comment! You're absolutely right that while each laser tattoo removal session is quick, the overall process does take time, often requiring multiple sessions spaced weeks apart for optimal healing and results. We always aim to provide clear information, and we encourage clients to have a realistic understanding of the time and commitment involved in achieving the best outcome.
Blistering is a natural response to using a laser to remove your tattoos. Scarring begins when you start popping these blisters and simply when you don't follow our aftercare recommendations.
While tattoo removal, particularly with laser treatments like PicoSure, can cause temporary swelling in lymph nodes as the body processes the ink, there is no scientific evidence linking it to lymphoma or cancer. The procedure is generally safe when performed by qualified professionals. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns. Please visit our website to book your free consultation: bit.ly/3xjr8Do
most important is to eat healthy, work out, sleep well, drink enough filtered water and your body will effectivly get rid of the ink particals. If you smoke on the regular, drink, sit infront of the Laptop for too long, eat junk, it could cause problems. The tattoo will also fade quicker if you live healthy that means less sessions. Somehow clinics and doctors dont talk about these aspects.
Start with picosure or picoway for a black tattoo. Opinions and information differ on which is more effective for black ink. I just started picosure for a black 3inx3in yesterday. I have the budget for picoway as well so am planning to try that after my picosure treatment is done In 1 year.
@StathisPetrakis13 picoway candela is the top choice for black ink. Picosure is good for black ink as well. There are other choices out there but I am going with the picosure first and then the picoway candela for the second half of my treatment plan.
@@Alex.Jensen How is your removal going now? I'm using picoway and I'm 3 weeks into my first treatment. So far nothing has happened or changed. After the first day my arm was a bit swollen, but the tattoo didn't blister or seem to change in any noticeable way. After a few days it itched a bit for maybe a day or two. And over the last few days, I think my arm has had some dry skin come off (hard to explain, but like very thin, small patches of skin, hardly noticeable, almost like a very mild sunburn after it has healed).
What is your opinion on using this to make tattooed brows slightly smaller? My shape overall is good but they go outside the hair on the top and my brow artist would like them a little smaller. Can this be achieved without removing the entire brow tattoo? Would the removalist do this freehand?
Yes, tattoo removal techniques like laser can target specific areas to make tattooed brows smaller without removing the entire tattoo. A skilled technician can work freehand to remove only the excess ink outside the desired shape. Are you based in London? Book your consultation with one of ours professionals who specialises in precision tattoo removal. bit.ly/3xjr8Do
Fresh tattoos can often require fewer sessions for removal due to their lighter ink saturation, but they don't necessarily fade faster during each session. The effectiveness of laser tattoo removal depends more on the type of ink used and the individual's skin. Our clinic offers consultations to assess your tattoo and provide tailored advice.

@@pulselightclinicHey ive literally have been thinking the same is there any risks like that cancer etc i cant get to london but here in Finland are removals too should i be concerned.
If you think that tattos and the ink on it will cause allergic reactions and inflammation in your skin and your body will slowly absorve the ink which might or not have some usually considered "potentially carcinogenic" ingredients I think the probability of having cancer with a tatto is higher than using laser sometimes. Of course there is no evidence that tattos will get you cancer someday, just some statements.
As in every kind of business it turns into money magnet. This business literally take advantage of big fancy titles such as New Technology - Good quality and so on just to take as much they can take from customers. Sorry why for a session more than 500 bucks ( not talking about your clinic ). They already bought the machine why take a lot of money per treatment ? If it is going to take couple of minutes ? An estimate to remove a small chunks of my arm will cost me 6 sessions 3 K thats theft for sure (not talking about your clinic)
hello Joe. There is no single answer for your question. We would recommend to visit our website FAQ or watch the recent Laser Tattoo Removal Shorts on UA-cam that will answer all them.
I hear you. I live in China and I have to go to a hospital for my tattoo removal here. Since I don't speak or read the language well, it's very hard to find anywhere else to have it done. I'm guessing it's going to end up costing about 2000 to have my creditcard sized tattoo removed. My initial payment is 1000, but the doctor said she didn't think it will be gone by the end of my sessions. From what I've seen online, and I've watched many vids now, it looks like 10 - 12 sessions are a realistic expectation. So basically, I think tattoo removal is plain expensive where ever you are. To have it done safely, you're probably going to need to go to a clinic with proper equipment and real doctors. Perhaps as more and more clinics start doing it, and the removers start to become people who just buy the machine (not doctors), we'll probably see prices fall. I'm 50, so I don't think I'll see cheap tattoo removal in my life time, but if you're young and patient, who knows what future prices will look like for you.
Ahh yes, 'debunking'. #2 - 'is too painful'. It's more painful than getting it. Subjectively, that's 'too much' for some. #3 - "the healing process can leave a scar"' - so.... it can leave a scar. Gotcha. #5 - 'takes a long time'. The one right before even points out, it takes multiple sessions. This takes a long time. Even upwards of 5+ sessions. That would take a long time. #6 - 'doesn't work on all ink colors'. "That is partially correct". What a resounding 'debunk'. Also it's not 'partially correct - it's fully correct that some colors cannot be removed. #7 - 'tattoo removal cream' - this isn't a myth about laser removal - it's not laser removal. #10 (best one imo) - "yes it can be more expensive". What a dog shit list of 'myths'. Half aren't even dispelled.
Thank you for your breakdown on the video. We understand that tattoo removal can be a complex topic with many variables, including pain, healing time, and effectiveness on different ink colors. Our aim is to provide clear and accurate information, and we appreciate your perspective in highlighting areas where more detail may be needed.
While a healthy diet and vitamin supplements can support overall skin health and your body’s natural healing process, they won’t directly speed up tattoo removal. The effectiveness of laser tattoo removal primarily depends on factors like your skin type, the tattoo's colours, and the number of sessions. However, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help your skin recover more quickly between treatments.

I heard you say that Pico can treat a ray of different colors. All of which I have on my tattoo, but I am however black with a type 3 skin color.
However, treatment outcomes can vary based on individual skin and tattoo characteristics, so we recommend scheduling a consultation with our professionals who can assess your specific situation and provide personalized advice. They should provide a cream for removal.
If it comes to "ghosting" 3:00 if a tattoo is fairly fresh does that mean the ghosting will be less visible...?
do you mean fading? Regarding your fresh tattoo please wait a minimum of 6 months to heal it before the next treatment
The stain you mentioned... would that eventually go away over time?
It's not a stain as you think alike hyperpigmentation but the skin tissue that has been healing. And yes, it will gradually fade out.

hi. yesterday my friend made me a tattoo. i hated it, when can i remove it? maybe tomorrow? or is it have to heal first?
I am so sorry to hear that! First of all, you need to wait for the tattoo to heal. If you have a new tattoo, you must wait a minimum of 3 months before booking a consultation and patch test.
Great, informative video. Thanks 🙂
Does it affect hair growth in the treated area? (If it were used to remove a brow tattoo)

If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us for personalised advice!
how long does it take to see the result after EACH session?
This is a tricky question. The time frame varies for each client and their tattoo, as different factors such as ink type and color, skin type, and age and location of the tattoo play a role.
What's the amount costs please
I've heard things that a small $50 tattoo may cost $3,000, and a year's worth of treatments, spaced 6 weeks apart in order to allow for healing, to remove.
Can the laser damage your hair particles? I want to get laser tattoo removal for my microbladed eyebrows but am afraid of burning my hair off.
Can you remove red tattoo from the lips? Permanent makeup
If I have a tattoo removed can I have another one in its place?
You definitely can!
sure you can. Although leave the skin to heal first, we recommend to wait a minimum of 6 months to start the cover up tattoo
Does anyone have a recommended numbing cream??
Lidocaine cream. Can be tricky to find, I ended up using anal lube which required some explaining to my lady.

Some places have a machine that blows cool air it depends how big your tattoo is
It is misleading to say that tattoo removal is "quick." Per SESSION, of course that is quick.
But when it gets blister that can from scar then the machine is the cause no?
Blistering is a natural response to using a laser to remove your tattoos. Scarring begins when you start popping these blisters and simply when you don't follow our aftercare recommendations.
@@pulselightclinic ahh ok thank you for explaining :D
Can tattoo removal cause swollen lymph nodes and lead to lymphoma / cancer?
Is psi medications given before laser
oh no, no medications are necessary before any of our treatments.
Which strategy I should use to remove a black tattoo?
Start with picosure or picoway for a black tattoo. Opinions and information differ on which is more effective for black ink. I just started picosure for a black 3inx3in yesterday. I have the budget for picoway as well so am planning to try that after my picosure treatment is done In 1 year.
@a.j3798 Which one is better for black tattoo removal picosure pro by sinocure or discovery pico by Wanda ?
@StathisPetrakis13 I am using the picosure cynosure right now and and am seeing some fading and lightening 2 sessions in.
Are you based in London? very true!
You should get one anyways
Do fresh tattoos fade faster ?
Fresh tattoos can often require fewer sessions for removal due to their lighter ink saturation, but they don't necessarily fade faster during each session. The effectiveness of laser tattoo removal depends more on the type of ink used and the individual's skin. Our clinic offers consultations to assess your tattoo and provide tailored advice.
Never in 1 time?
no, ! session won't be enough. The tattoo ink is permanently in the deep layers of the skin therefore it takes time to remove it

Anywhere from 6 months to 2 years depending on how old your tattoo is.

The botox 😱
Big Question dors Lazer tattoo removal cause cancer because there is lazer involved.
Oh, No. None of them cause cancer. Our machines are the most innovative on the market, so you can feel safe by doing treatments at our clinics.
❤

Can eating healthy and taking vitamin supplements help remove tattoos after a session?
While a healthy diet and vitamin supplements can support overall skin health and your body’s natural healing process, they won’t directly speed up tattoo removal. The effectiveness of laser tattoo removal primarily depends on factors like your skin type, the tattoo's colours, and the number of sessions. However, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help your skin recover more quickly between treatments.
