Well for starters if you are having that level of pain you need to speak to people about In person. See a doctor. Talk to God. I understand the onslaught the constant noise that seems out of control. Blinding your emotions to the whim of an untamed and raging mind. We get their one step at a time.Trauma, denial, bad decisions. But their is hope and healing. I was like that for over a decade. And it's still something I continue to work on.
