I have a lot of trouble sleeping from my ADHD, my mind races around so much I end up anxious or excited and can never sleep. Listening to your voice always mellows me out enough to zonk out. Something about it keeps me calm and distracted long enough get to sleep. Thank you so much. You dont know how much it means to get more than 2-4hrs of sleep at night. ❤❤ its so much better to have a normal sleep schedule, than to barely sleep for a week straight and then collapse and be out cold for 20 hours. That just cant be good for me 😂
