I've read that to make the reheated marinade safe, it only has to come up to 63C (145F). That seems really low. When I reheat my chili, I get it up to 82C (180F) and hold it there for 15 mins at least. Recipe looks good, just wondering what temp you prefer for reheating raw marinade?
Made it for dinner tonight. Wife said it was the “bomb….so juicy and delicious.” My boys loved it better than the oven baked recipe, which is really good too. Thank you for this air fryer recipe! 😋

I don't like the air fryers with the horizontal sliding doors... bought one and in a few months. the door got warped and wouldn't close. Ended up with one that has a lid which lifts vertically. Much better and it was much cheaper
@@CharTurner6928 Thanks! I did hear/see the alternative in this video. I guess I really am referring to recipes in general. So many provide only a microwave option, leaving the 'waveless among us to figure out how to accomplish the task. ☺

My horizontal one has lasted me years and it is still in perfect shape. But maybe because I only use it a couple times per week?
I've been using the Ninja brand one with the horizontal slide-out and no warping here. Glad you found one you liked. I use mine almost every day.
