Glad that I can shed light upon your behind for the UA-cam audience. Perhaps there will be an end of year DTR awards where ‘Rear of the Year’ can be given… for those with the best helmet designs from behind of course.
Great video! I couldn’t see anything that entire A final so nice to actually see some visible footage from it. I think the reason why I wasn’t put in C1 this season was because I hadn’t done a full sprints season if I had to guess but I hope I can get my hands on a red plate next season! Can’t wait for the GYG video, the last 3 laps of the A final have been the favourite i raced in!
Glad you enjoyed it! The GYG video will be good fun to make I think (not that the others aren’t) but I do like having the livestream footage available so that it can bring an extra dynamic to the video. Now, I just need to find the time to do it.
No hard feelings, you didn’t hit me enough to spin me around. I was happy enough with my pace to keep the others behind so didn’t look or push that hard. I was coasting the gap for most of the race. Bad visibility but a bit easier for me with less spray and pressure.
I solemnly swear that should I see your rear bumper quickly approaching in future I will exit quickly stage left. 😂 The visibility behind was horrible, I literally wasn’t joking when I said it was a case of turning into a corner you knew was there somewhere. Probably the worst I’ve experienced; though the fact it was under lights probably made it worse than it would have been during daylight.
The weather at GYG is so far much more amenable. It was also a shame to not see you on the grids in the lead up to the weekend. Are you focusing on GXUK for the year?
@@DownToRace unfortunately I wasn’t able to do this weekend. I’ve booked for all the other club100 rounds but a couple of them do clash with GX. I’ll have to take a view on which championship I’m doing better in! Good luck this afternoon!
