- 0:15 - Intake airbox removal
1:00 - Serpentine belt removal
1:15 - Alternator removal
1:40 - Starter Bolt removal
2:00 - Exhaust Heat Shield removal
((Kept Exhaust manifold bolted to engine even though some people chose to remove it))
2:50 - Shift Lever removal
4:07 - Transmission Bolt removal
4:56 - Clutch Slave Cylinder removal
5:13 - Transmission Harness disconnect
5:55 - Drive shaft removal
6:40 - Transmission mount bolts
7:11 - Disconnect Exhaust header from Catalytic Converter
7:30 - Last Transmission bolt that requires engine subframe to be lowered two inches
7:45 - Engine Subframe bolts
8:38 - Clutch fork removal
9:11 - Pressure and Cutch disc removal
10:17 - Flywheel removal (((((((((((Fly wheel torque spec is 94 ft lbs)))))))))))
10:37 - Pilot bearing replacement
13:51 - How to set up throw-out bearing clutch disc and pressure plate
Tools Needed:
- Jack
- Jack stands
- 3/8 wratchet
- 3/8 extensions (enough to reach over two feet in length)
- 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 Metric sockets (12 or 6 point)
- 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 Metric wrenches
- 1/2 inch breaker bar
- (17mm ) 1/2 drive shallow 12 point socket for (specifically for flywheel bolts)
- 1/2 inch torque wrench
- pliers
- screwdrivers flat and philip

What was your reason for not pulling transmission completely out?
Honestly it was very difficult to get the trans all the way out without using a car lift, the transmission was pushing against the fire wall/chassis so I made just enough space to replace the clutch.
That is brillant men that you did in this s2000 honda i have got one next time when clutch go i will tackle my self men do you of to change fly wheel or not mate explaine me plz

Same major components. To get to a clutch you need to remove:
Driveshaft
Slave cylinder
Transmission
Pressure plate
