it was on the DS when EA wasnt present, so if it were to happen, it would be like a message of "Pardon" from EA to Nintendo (they insulted the Wii U and made a campaign against it)

Nah. It does a charge forwards catching enemies in the way and dropping them into a cinematic Final Smash. After becoming Chompzilla from PvZ Heroes, it does a roar that racks up damage before biting down on the targets, dealing high damage and instantly KO-ing them if they are at/over 100% after the bite.

Ok I have a move set Idea for a fighter. It is CrAZy DavE!
Netural B: plants a sunflower. This can give him sun which allows him to other plants with his other specials.
Side B: Plants a Pea shooter. This has an average distance shot of about half Final Destination.
Down B: Plants Chomper. Doesnt do anything until an opponent comes near. It will then chomp them for about 5 seconds as if it was grabbed and being damaged. Crazy Dave can also damage the opponent while it is in this state.
Up B: Places a corn. This can also be placed in mid air. If done in mid air it launched crazy Dave up an average distance. If place down on the ground it will launch corn over the stage.
Side notes:
All smash attacks use his frying pan aerials too
If he does not have enough sun for a plant he will simply weakly swing his frying pan in front of him. This does not do too much damage.
Any ideas for moves I missed (like aerials and more) feel free to tell me!

Ult: siege mode rains corns from the skies, peashooters shoot from behind the stage, plumes comes in to fill up the screen sideways, (like a bullet hell) ends with the entire screen burning with chili and a nom by the chomper.
Plume, pea and corn are evadable, but chili and chomoer deals actual damage.

Beside his damage meter has a Sun Box which shiws how much sun u have u collect 1 sun every 5 seconds
Special: Sunflower
Cost: 1 sun
Use: Gives 2 sun every 1 second
Unique ability: Every second she makes a sun burst which deals 1.0% damage
Side Special: Tumble weed
Cost: 2 sun
Use: Crazy Dave rolls a random amount(1-3) of tumble weeds which deal damage based on its size:
Small: 1.5%
Big: 5.2%
When it hits and opponent, wall or ceiling they will bounce fhe other direction
Up Special: Hurrikale
Cost: 1 sun
Use: Makes Dave fly straight up for a good distance, u can't tilt the Hurrikale if ur flying but when ur about to fly u can. It also has a multi hit move which hits 8 times dealing 1.0% each hit. When hurrikale is spinning, it will amke a wind box on direction where it blowing
Down B: Plant
Dave plants 5 different plants
Peashooter: costs 1 sun with 10 hp nd shoots straight dealing 2.4%
Fire Pea: costs 2 sun with 12 hp and shoots straight dealing 5.2%
Headbutter Lettuce: costs 3 sun with 15 hp, close range hitter which can hit behind or front dealing 12.1% evry hit and a chance of summoning butter dealing 1.0%
Potatoe mine: costs 1 sun with 5 hp and takes 10 seconds to pop out...dealing 20.5%
Sling pea: costs 3 sun and 15 hp, shooting up 5 peas that deal 5.0% each it shoots slow and sometimes misses
If u want I acn tell the tilts, air attacks, smash attack, grabs and throws, and Final smash too.

Imagine, crazy dave in smash planting his plants, he'd be placing peashooters like how duck hunt places his gunman or throws cherrybomb at enemies. Or maybe ust one of the plants from plants vs zombies garden warfare and borrowed some moves there.

Imagine mario and link fighting then suddenly a football zombie comes charging across the stage

You know what, I'll make one here.
It's all the Smash Bros characters fighting, then suddenly, from one side, melons, peas, cobs, and more start bombarding them, then from the other side, Imp Punts, lasers, missiles, and footballs start doing the same.
Then all new characters start pouring in, with assist trophies too.
*Peashooter, Sunflower, Chomper!*
*Football Zombie, Scientist, Foot Soldier!*
It then ends with Dr. Zomboss and Dharkon on the right, and Crazy Dave and Galeem on the left.
Then a hyped up version of the New Seed jingle plays as the screen fades to white and shows the in-game action.
"BRO THESE THINGS HAVE WAY TOO MUCH HEALTH IN PVZ! WERE'S THE CHOMPER SO HE CAN ONESHOT HIM?"

If I were Sakurai, if PvZ were to be represented in Smash, he'd pick Crazy Dave as he is always guiding the player in those games. I'd pick the Roof Top as the stage as that's also where the first boss fight of the series happened. As for the art style, to better closely capture PvZ as a whole, it will not be too realistic but not too cartoony, just in between.
try the entire property, the front yard, the rook, and the backyard, with the pool in the back, and the house in the middle. players can be on or in the house, and the hazards are that zombies randomly come into the stage and try to eat what are also randomly generated plants.
Why not zomboss? I'd like zomboss as a smash character

If a PvZ character got in smash then I would:
1. main him in a heartbeat.
2. Only play him and inkling.
3. Be the best player in the world with him.

Oh, roller isn't it? Lucky for you and everyone else, I barely use roller.
I would say "I will main THEM" because my ideal moveset for the PvZ character would be almost all the plants:
Flower Pot as the "feet".
Sunflower as the main idle.
Peashooter as the jab.
Puffshroom as the tilt.
Snow Pea as the dash attack.
Scaredy-shroom as the down tilt.
Cactus as the up tilt.
Piranha Plant as the f-smash.
Potato Mine as d-smash.
Cherry Bomb as the u-smash.
Tangle Trap as the grappler.
Squash as d-throw.
Blover as the f-throw
Umbrella Leaf as the u-throw
Spikeweed as neutral B (leaves one on the ground)
Cabbage-pult as side B (aim like Yoshi egg).
Escape Root as the up B (plants one on the ground and returns on that spot you if you use it again)
And most importantly, down B, plant your last used move, it stays there until you use that specific move again so it disappears, can be killed.
I think it is way to hard to make 18 models for one character and hard to program the down B, but hey, Steve exists.

The Almost Twins I have a soft spot for piranha plant so yes I am. I never got to play plants vs zombies so this one doesn’t hold as much for me. I do still enjoy the song and I’m happy the game exists, I personally just like my boy better ☺️

Also, I really like the pace of this. It feels like the same pace as the sped-up PvZ games, which works well with this being music from the game.

tbh i'd like it if that render of the "Piranha plant" as an alt. for the plant himself
I've always wanted CRAZY DAVE from Plants vs Zombies as a playable character in Smash.
He could use each iconic plant as an adapted attack. Jabs could be done by Bonk Choy, side smash could be done by Chomper, Up Smash by the tall spiky cactus, down smash could be done by Dave making a Snapdragon shoot fire to the floor and the flames extending to its sides in a considerable range covering both sides completely, somewhat like Megaman's down smash but in a more horizontal way like in the real PvZ game. He could use his head frying pan to make side tilts that will also act as a reflector. Grabs could be done by some plant vines like a tether grab that can also be use to grab the ledge. Recovery could be the blowing clover (Blover) and it could work like King K. Rool's Up B but without ending in a helpless state.
Side B could be a Watermelon attack with an arc trajectory and charging it will make you shoot frozen watermelons that will slow down the opponent's speed a couple of seconds.
Neutral B could be a Pea shooter shot with a straight trajectory and if you hold the B button it could shoot Ice peas that will slow down enemy speed for a couple of seconds also.
Down B could plant a random plant in the stage and you would need to adapt your strategy depending on the plant that spawns to get the most benefit from it. Anything could appear from it, explosive potatoes, pea shooters, cacti, Cherry Bombs, explosive peppers, etc. A great variety of explosive plants but also stationary shooting plants that could be planted to shoot from a strategical place of the stage like for 30 seconds while you use it to your advantage to pressure the opponent enhancing the "tower defense" essence from which the character comes from. All in all, could be a very creative and really fun character to play with and had been one of my most wanted characters in Smash ever. But sadly, it belongs to EA so it's not so likely that he will be joining Smash anytime soon.

Perhaps his abilities could be similar to the ones in garden warfare 1! I really loved sneaking on the enemies thru the ground then jumping out and chomping them

Shape: Similar to Final Destination but a little larger with random floating platforms (like the PVZ2 levels on the map)
Hazards: Zombies will appear. They randomly walk around the stage and will try to attack the plants. They will damage anyone who touches them.
Peashooters(day) and Fume Shrooms(night) will emerge and shoot at the zombies. Will damage any player that accidentally gets hit by the projectiles.
The stage occasionally switches between day and night

There's a shit ton of ideas to choose from (Speaking of, I'd prefer like a Pokemon Trainer and Steve combo Crazy Dave which switches between Peashooter, Sunflower, and Wall-nut, and can gather sun from hitting opponents to upgrade their plants, like Pea to Repea, Sun to Twin, and Wall-nut to Tall-nut)
Iconic areas from both the original and the Garden Warfares (I'd love a Zomboss Factory stage btw where you sometimes have to dodge walking Zombots)
Music's already covered! (Not saying they'll literally come up to our boi's channel and say "Oi, ya wanchyer stuff ta actually be in Smash?")

Crazy Dave hiding behind wall nuts in the background like pokemon trainer as the player can control and switch between Peashooter (balance), Chomper (Tank), Sunflower (mobility/recovery), and Cactus (Campy). However in order to switch with Down B you have to wait till seed packet meters fill up for each plant. Final Smash could be an Air strike from Penny, Plant food, or a "triple finish" style combo of garden warfare abilities.
Honestly chomper could just be a piranha plant copy and I wouldn’t care

Given how PVZ is an icon and founding father of Tower Defense games, and the fact that Battle For Neighbourville just came to Switch, it is not only possible for this to happen, it’s up there with some of the more likely possibilities, and that warms my heart given my history with the franchise

Up: Upper Fist but weak
Special Netural: Fires Pea (just like joker) (unlike the straight shot, you can move his head to make aiming at opponent)
Up: Throws One Berry Bomb on up
Down: Change Pea Passive & Ability (Normal, Ice, Fire, Goo, Electric)
Right/Left: NutDash
Air: Spawn 2 Flying Plants (idk what the plant is) and the spinning like helicopter deals (also there is save moves, 2.5 seconds until disappeared, used once until resets at landing ground)
Smash Netural: Make any Pea Bigger
Down: Summon 2 Spikeweed on his tiny radius and make spike shots by bigger upsize (opponent staying on your smash down deals 0.2)
Up: Upper Punch but charging into ability fist (Fire, Ice, Goo, Electric) (Can use in air)
Right: Use his Fist charging into ability pea (Fire, Ice, Goo, Electric)
Air: Down Strike Punch and a medium radius hitboxes
Final Smash: Makes Peashooter turns into Gatling Pea and shoots 5 different pea every shots (automatic aiming)
Normal Pea: A Pea does damage 1 but faster fire rate
Fire: does damage 3 but faster projectile speed
Ice: does damge 1.5 but can slow for 1.5 second
Electric: does damage 2 but can hit a zap on it's small radius
Goo: does damage 2 but can poison for 1
Rescue Moves: Side Down, Smash Air, Smash Up, Special Right/Left, Special Air.

I can see the stage already… a large, sun baked roof, pots left right and center to heal your character (if it’s plant themed), and the Zombot to summon if you waited long enough… but one can dream.

I love this, actually epicness, in my opinion your best smash bros remix, as a plants vs. zombies fan I love this music and like how that looks like a chomper from the PvZ garden warfare series which in my opinion is the best series due to there being no a pay-to-win system like in PvZ 2 and is original and is very polished. (Btw no hate to PvZ 2 I love that game it is one of my favorites though not in the top because, man just look at the shop!)

Hyper realistic Chomper
The plants I can see them adding are: peashooter (or any of its variants), sunflower and chomper. I can see them adding others but I would say that they are the most iconic plants. Peashooter would be a fast ranged attacker; sunflower would be able to heal and place plant pots to help attack, these plants that the sunflower could spawn would be a mini-sunflower, peashooter, scaredy shroom, fume/gloom shroom and probably wallnut; chomper would be a close range melee attacker who is able to burrow to hide or move closer to their opponent, they can also shoot goop at their enemy which slows them down and poisons them.
The zombies would likely be assist trophies. I can see the different variants of the basic zombies (normal zombie, buckethead and conehead) appearing as melee attackers with different health pools. I think that an interesting zombie for them to add would be the chicken zombie that, when hurt, spawns tons of zombie chickens. These chickens would be very weak but if they aren't dealt with they can easily destroy you. Allstar or gargantuar I can see existing as the fast and durable charger, and the huge monster capable of throwing and imp to support them. Crazy Dave and Zomboss will probably be spirits that can used in the campaign.
I just got another idea. What if the character added could be a plant which starts as a peashooter and gains sun over time, they can gain sun quicker by planting sunflowers that they can protect, and using their sun they can upgrade their peashooter to a repeater and then a Gatling pea (there could be also fire pea, snow pea, threepeater and torchwood but I think that adding too much may make it too complex). The plant could also be a pea pod to add more stages to the evolution.
