Seems that a lot of Americans believe that the SCOTUS is to interpret the Constitution which is wrong, their job is to read the law and determine if the law is legal according to the Constitution. The Constitution says what it says. Everyone should read the federalist papers.
so in order to do that, you have to interpret the constitution, its not a "clear" as everyone thinks.

@@eldedo8927 NO! The Constitution is written in stone so to speak, it says what the founding fathers meant for it to say. No interpretation. Read the federalist papers. The 1st amendment gives Americans the freedom of speech, Congress shall pass no law abridging the freedom of speech. That's the sole interpretation. So yes, even yelling fire in a theater is protected speech. Congress passed a law anyway based on "common sense" and that was the start of ignoring the Constitution. GOD forbid that people look to see where the fire is or if there's smoke, if there is fire or smoke, GOD forbid everyone remain calm and think for themselves.

This applies to lower courts offering relief against unconstitutional gun laws, too. The supreme court just said "don't do that" w/ respect to *those* state laws, too. at least depending on interpretation, and that's definitely how the hoplophobes are going to interpret it.

In Texas, it’s legal that “trespassers will be shot.” I’m not saying that the militia should do this, but if the people with land close to the border, where these people are marching through, just happened to have a large number of friends continually hanging out at their house, and then there were a lot of trespassers, well I can see one way that property roghts could be enforced at and near the American border.

I don’t understand why every border state doesn’t callout their national guard units to help stop this invasion of our country even if it means the use of weapons against anyone caught trying to enter into the U.S. other than through a port of entry. And the Governors of these border states should deputize American citizens who also want to volunteer to help stop the invasion of our country.

These "superior" judges did not get the job by merit but popularity. Any person can be put in the position. Lifetime, and I mean for life, these lucky people have a job. They need time limits. This could be something AI could do without partiality. Fire them all.
