Hello, could you research the reason for the decline in views of your own videos? Also, what can you do to reverse it, if possible? Perhaps filming your videos outdoors with a dynamic background and using multiple camera angles that capture your entire body, rather than just your face and upper front body. You know, like Apple's WWDC keynote presenters do. Sometimes people need to take their own advice.

What about the Bavarian (Germany) Style fun? My nephew's Japanese wife was in shock when she showed up to a corporate meeting in Bavaria last year. She was ready for a business presentation. The German corporate staff had something else in mind. They were all drinking beer and eating German Sausages and Pretzels like it was Oktoberfest at 10 am on a Tuesday! All part of the culture, no one got called to HR!
Now that's my type of meeting!
