I don't know about anyone else around here, but this is giving me "weird cartoon from the Netherlands you saw on US television in the 1990s through syndication & had a dub which sounded to have come from the Philippines or Malaysia" vibes to me. EDIT: I said "Dutch cartoon", but Belgium has their own Dutch dialect, so I made it more specific.

I feel like if GTA: Vice City had those shows on the TVs you pass by like the more recent games did, that this would be on them. And I would have probably waited until the shows cycled back to this just so I could watch it again.
