- I show you how to fix picture problems on a Hisense TV (Android TV). Maybe you have issues like color is distorted, flashing /flickering black screen, screen is dark (but brightness is all the way up), no picture, picture is fuzzy, picture only showing on portion of TV or other picture screen issues. This can also help if you have picture issues when watching apps like UA-cam, HBO Max, Disney+, UA-cam for Kids, ESPN, Showtime, Fubo, Sling, Hulu, Starz, Amazon prime video, Netflix, Vudo, Pluto TV, etc.
Hope this fixes your picture problems.

Holy cow - it worked! My Hisense TV's picture suddenly went bad - was almost completely blacked out, so I was about to start shopping for a new TV but decided to check UA-cam for an easy fix. The 2nd procedure fixed the issue; unplug while powered on and then press and hold the TV's power button for 60 seconds. Plugged the TV back in and the picture is now good as new. Thanks, WorldofTech!
Thank you so much! That worked for me 😊
Every 4-5 seconds my image was blocking itself for half a second but unplugging the TV and plugging it back in just worked! Thank you very much!❤
I did this and it just happened again after a hour.
It's hard to get to the settings when you can't see the T.V screen
Have u tried turning it off n back on again
@@haventader yes I just replaced the television until I can get someone to repair
@@michellelee3436 good idea, our color went fucking crazy and we had to completely reset ours, thankfully it wasn’t anything worse. I hope you get urs fixed cheap and well, soon!
Thank you so much. I was able to get my picture back on my TV thanks to your video.
Yeah mine the sound is fine but picture looks like on lsd or something it like doubled and nothing seems to work
It worked! I power cycled it and it fixed the issue (one side darker that the other)...I was about to go back to the store. Thanks man!!!
Wow. My local dimming was acting up with half of my screen flickering. I used the first solution and that solved the issue. Awesome man. Thanks!
Thank you worked first time, took the plug out and placed it back in and restarted perfectly.
Thank you so much!! Unplugging and pressing power for 60 seconds worked like a charm!! I though I was going to have to buy a whole new tv
Excellent!
Thanks for helping me fix my android TV double image problems. I really appreciate it. Almighty God bless you forever❤
All the apps for displaying black and white but the main screen was in color. The tip you showed for resetting the display work great thank you
AWESOME!!! Thank You!!! I believe it was when I drained the start/stop button. My tv is on WiFi, so it took a while, but this is amazing. TY for putting this video on! I was ready to get another 📺!!!
The unplug did it! Now the grandkids are happy again. You saved my bacon🤣
Resetting Picture to default worked for me. Thanks. I had a flickering screen and the backlight setting was pegged on 100 and would not adjust until I did the reset.
Thanks for this. TV image was blurry, especially with text. Unplugged, held power button for 60 seconds, plugged back and the screen booted back up perfectly.
Thanks for the 60 second reset tip. Worked well!
I have the same TV. 2yrs old & it started buzzing from rear & the screen has gotten darker. It's like in HDR Mode.
I've done everything but still buzzes & it's darker. No flickering, etc. Just darker around the 4 corners I think. I can still watch it, I don't hear the buzzing once I open an App..
It was closing out Apps after opening & still does sometimes. Love the Hisense TV's because they are super loud & for less than $300? I figured if I got 2yrs on this 58", I'd just buy another 1 when this 1 went out. However, it's just like looking at a dark screen or in HDR.
I've reset it, buzzing getting louder, set brightness to the brightess settings but still kinda dark but not too dark.
Speakers are still awesome & with a sound bar? Wow! Thanks I'll try these tricks
You expect to get 2 years out of a 4K tv? TVs are durable goods that should last for at least 12-15 years. I have a 15 year old Sony bravia 1080p tv that will probably be around for many more years. I still own 2 Sony trinitron tvs from 1990’s and they function perfectly and look pretty good with the 1080p signal. High sense is garbage. You get what you pay for. Sony’s entry level 4K tv currently costs $418 for a 43” model. You saved a little bit but eventually you will run into problems. Do some research, you will find many UA-cam videos about all of their quality control issues.
The 60 second power hold did it for me, thank you!!
Thanx man🎉 I thought I was going to have to get a new TV.. the power drain was the key.. but it did it again, I just repeated the process and when it worked I reset to the default settings and it seems to be working fine.. now..
Just got a 75 inch E7 pro and it's mostly fine, just has like a ghostly thing over the edges but only when the corners are dark - keen to try these but don't want to make it worse
Is there a risk it'll make it worse, or no hard trying?
this worked for anyone who has a opaque screen (not black at all)? I have tried a lot all of the solutions and nothing :( I have a Hisense HiSmart4K ATV4 Version 9
Have you found a solution yet?
Thank you! # 1 restored color to input 1.
Hi.. thanks very much for the tips.. the 2nd option worked. You are a genius
Thank you, thank you! Your suggestion fixed my tv!
definitely, how can I use the remote if I cant see anything on the screen.. if it totally blacked out.
Does this work for an Apple TV?
LOL. How is turning the circuit breaker off and on different then unplugging the TV?
You'd be surprised
Thank youuuuuu!! I was about to go buy a new tv 😂😂
I just got the U7K, and it's a great TV, but I get like screen tearing kind of thing in the middle of the screen with the UA-cam app, and that app only
Picture of my Hisense tv have 6 different colors. How to fix it
Unplugging it while on, plugging back in, and trying again worked for me. My screen worked, but when I clicked on a show I only had sound, no video, just a black screen.
First one worked for me. Thank you
Mine acts up with some shows on some apps. That is to say, all is good watching Cinderella in the Disney app, but I change it to watch Snow White that one is all weird… the same happens throughout all apps.
2nd one worked...Thanks so much! !!!!!!
We’re having trouble with the screen is brite pink, any suggestions ?
When I play a movie or show, only in dark places does it show static fuzziness, how to fix that...and if my other hisense blinks turns on off right quick how do I fix
Each of the different ideas gave me various colors and patterns, but no picture
How do I update Netflix app on a H50M3300 Hisense smart tv
On mine the red is going out then coming back on intermittently
What can i do if it has screen retention
Mine has dark patchs or lines when you move horizontal in games
First option worked for Phillips TV thanks
I have no picture. But I have volume. I can't go into settings cause I can't see it. What can I do? I tried all your methods but nothing works? Why? I don't understand why this is happening. Is it possible for Amazon to mess with your tv because of a Bill of there is one owed? Cause the tv was my girlfriends and she has passed away a year ago. Could that be my problem?Cause it was register in her name. Would Amazon do that to the tv on purpose because of a bill? Do I have to call them? Thank you
No Amazon isn’t screwing with your tv. Thats ridiculous.
Helloo
HOW R U.
Hope u r ok.
My problem.is that my screen sharing from.mobile to tv is a bit late or not clear.Plz helpe what shoul i do...........
The first step work for me thanks
I dud a gard reset and can’t get it started, because I can’t see the screen! Really annoying, just bought it a couple of months ago! 😡
My remote doesn’t do anything when I press settings!
i am having colour issues with my hisense 43 inch 4k tv
How do I get the fps hdr vrr allm screen off my TV while hdmi cord is in
i' ve tried the steps provided but still not resolved
So nothing wrong with TV picture besides I went into settings hit the audio only button so no picture cause I did that. So can't se screen now to turn back to normal
My husband and I got a Hisense tv out of box at Walmart, they gave us a remote but there's no * button to get to the picture settings , it's dark and blue-ish
Tv screen colour was distorted turned off held button for 60 secs then turned on and it works
My question is, why does this keep happening like once a week and why is it necessary to keep having to unplug this TV? it's only about a year old.
It could be wiring on poles or solar panels in your neighborhood. a power surge?
My hisense android tv sometimes flicks also flash some colors like if its red original it will flash to orange, thn it makes straight lines, sometimes it jst works fine like nothing wrong with it, had it checked by a trustable tech, he said everything is okay as in cables etc, bt still cant figure out whts wrong with it
Are you kidding me
When I turn my Hisense on the picture goes in and out a few times then finally picture stays on???
Step one worked. Thank you!
If thiers no picture how can I go to reset
Everything is cool until I dial it bak to AUTO and then the NO AC notification pops up. I don't know how to get the NO AC to go away.
None off those helped. Can I send a picture of what my screen looks like??
Thank you soo much ! 🙏
I don't have a smart hisense tv but the picture is flickering like if you were tripping on mushrooms
Unfortunately it didn't work on mine
It actually works!!!!
Nice info for the Hisense Tv.👍
It worked, thank you!!
All of these will work, but for me it didn't fix the problem and the problem was my computer in 4k. I tried every one of these and the flickering kept coming back, once I put my pc to 1080 the flickering hasn't come back. Keep in mind it was in the "special" hdmi spot for 4k.
Uhmmm it's for the TV not the computer lmao
Nothing worked?
it worked!
I don’t know if this was just a joke some jackwagon was trying to pull on people who are truly frustrated with their t.v. screen going out for apparently no reason at all or what???
my guy just did the simple "Unplugged it while on" trick in many different ways.
didn't fix any issue lol
i turned my tv off it was ok. left and came back turned it on now the entire screen is extremely dim and has a flicker to it. must be a component i guess i dunno. this tv is only 4 yrs old, i have plasmas that are from 2006 or 2008 still going strong
Similar here, mine 4yrs old now and the image is darker and has started to flicker up and down. Did you ever fix yours?
@@Bdewolfgang1980 yah hey man i took it to a tv repair shop ran by 3 extremely old guys. must do it just because their bored. it was the backlight. mine was a 75inch so they had a extremely hard time getting the screen off that size. they said the newer the tv is the most likely it will be to break when trying to fix it. i paid $320 to get it fixed which was a big dent but the tv was only 4 yrs old and i just didnt want to search for a new one and try to get use to a new one all over again. i had tried to do it myself but after taking off the back panel i decided i would prob break the screen. the backlights are around $80 on ebay if you have a 50 inch or less you might be able to do it yourself. they told me they dont even sell tvs in his shop bigger then 50 because all these huge tvs always are junk and break to fast. but yah man, backlights. also have people test the voltage of all the circuit boards to make sure those are all ok because it could be like 3 or 4 other issues but most likely its just backlights.
Need help
Thank you!!!!!!!!
Thank you it worked.
Helpful solution 👍
Thank you soo much😭😭😭
Just blue screen with sound
Just don’t buy this shitty brand, so damn much problem
It worked ✨😎
