- Patient is a Police Officer in Hawaii. His chief complaint is neck pain that radiates into his left arm and forearm. We came to the conclusion that it was probably from his positioning in the police care while on the computer.

Sayo Kumapayi I think you are interchanging doctor for medical doctor or physician. She is neither. Even people who have a doctorate in non-healthcare field are addressed as “Dr” so you are incorrect.

Oh my goodness this officer is awesome! What a sweet guy! So glad you were able to work with him and assist him to get into balance...so many first responders should have regular chiropractic care...my firefighter could have used this help while in active duty...maybe with this type of care, we wouldn't see such an epidemic with narcotic/opioid use for pain....well done Dr Brenda!

Every video I've seen of her, she's amazingly thorough! When you pay for chiro care this is what you expect but often get simple cracks & pops you could've done yourself. If I know I'm receiving this type of treatment, then I don't mind shelling out a decent grip. This is so satisfying to watch! Not sure why the two are separate in the first place--more Chiro/Massage therapists should exist

If he has his radio positioned the same way my husband does, essentially hanging just below the shoulder, it causes them to do a repetitive motion where it seems like they compress their neck unnaturally if that makes sense. Thank you so much for showing an officer in one of your sessions. Chiropractic care has been crucial for my husband I also wish we could find a chiropractor here in Southern California that uses a similar technique I think it would be much more effective. Love your channel.
This is one of my favourite episodes. Dude has SO MANY issues and doc keeps going ‘ugh, sorry’ and ‘whoa!’, I can’t believe he’s able to function. High pain tolerance! What I really like though is their communication. Great example of her explaining what she’s finding and seeing (SO many things!) and he’s listening and giving feedback which helps her hone in. As she said, they’re working together. I’ve never felt like going to Florida for Disney but would go for Dr. Mondragon :)

When you say you have to find someone in their area to do what you do, how do you research that? Do you ask specific questions of chiro’s in the area? I’d love to find someone in my area that does what you do but I don’t know what to be looking for or questions to ask.
Look into an Osteopath as well!
From my personal experience going to 3 different chiros, no one is as thorough as she is. I hate having to pay to be disappointed.

I've heard that investing in a swivel holster will make a HUGE difference - having a regular one will impede the gun hip from resting flat, the whole time an officer is sitting in the car.

Hi Dr. Brenda, I have a number of issues with my back. Pinch nerve, neck problems, mid back pain but moderate. Lower back issues mainly to where I feel a burning pain down the side lateral leg left side. I’m sure I must’ve aggravated it from squatting or dead lifting. Do help with boating? Yes. If you need it, it does. I have been seeing a chiro for 8 months. It has made a huge difference. I went because of pain in my hand and neck. Chiro fixed my hand in 15 seconds. Literally 15 seconds. My neck problems haven't been so easily resolved but that is largely because of the poor ergonomics at work. It is still much better tho.
