If you look at the American Airlines flight 191 animation, for a few seconds you can see the registration of the plane says “N126AA”, but the registration of the plane in real life was N110AA

In the back there is a PSA plane, the Airline ceased in 1988

A reason why sometimes those airlines that don't exist anymore are there, is because: Could be just them being too lazy making new liveries for planes. So they just use the models that they have.

The chalk ocean airways 101 is correct- try and see it as the left wing is pointed up (so banked right) its looks correct to me but good video

I found a mistake in 4 aci animation:
1. Yak-Service 9633: The Maker Beacon Collide By "Right Wings". But, Look In Real Crash Footage, The Maker Beacon Collide By "Left Wings".
2. SilkAir 185: The Plane Is Boeing 737-400, But The Type Of Aircraft Involved is "Boeing 737-300". Another Mistake: The Engine Of The Aircraft, Is From "Boeing 737-200".
3. Trigana Air 267: The Registration Is "PK-YRP", Even Though The Registration Of The Aircraft Involved Was "PK-YRN", Not "PK-YRP".
4. American Airlines 77: The Tail Logo, The First "A" Is Blue, And The Second "A" Is Red. In The Original Livery, The First "A" Should Have Been Red Not Blue, And The Second "A" Should Have Been Blue Instead Of Red.

In Itavia 870, if you put the video at 0.25 speed when the prop plane hit the DC-9, look at its wing (prop plane) just before the collison : it clips into the DC-9 wing

In Pan Am 103, the 747 has 3 windows in the upper cabin, but in the next scene, there are much more windows

I had to stop, but it’s not an error. The camera angle is the problem. It’s still in a nose down right bank. The camera just moved to a different spot and threw off the perspective I think.

JAL 123: Plane model in some shots shows an unusual stretch but it is not a SUD.
9/11: American 11 depicted as a 777-200
Uberlingen Disaster: the DHL 757.... theres just so many things wrong with it...
