It's a gut wrenching experience and you're in a battle with the legal system that doesn't view things as "good vs "evil". CPS was involved as well. My hubby never gave up and after 4 years in the courts, he got full physical and legal custody! It is remarkable and the joy was immense! The bio mom never exercised her very limited visitation and crawled under a rock which was beneficial for the twins because they were safe from contorted influence and there was no disruption in their life. We were able to bond as a family. As adults they did reacquaint with her but after several visits they realized there really was nothing there. I know the joy this man has. They will have a gooood life!😊

I’m shocked but thrilled to hear that a California courts and CPS made a reasonable decision to support dad who is against raising his child under these insane indoctrination ideas. Dad is a great man who obviously loves his child.

She obviously wanted a girl but, got a boy. She tried to make him a girl. Sad that we have come to this on both sides. Leave kids alone till after 18. Then if they want to transition they are adult enough to make those decisions. So glad he is in a stable home.

I am so glad he has full custody of his son. This proves that a person is born queer. Clearly the boy knows he's male,and wanted to be treated as such. Sexuality shouldn't be forced on anybody. And cases like this just further reinforce stereotypes about the lgbt community.

Praise Jesus! This child knew he was a boy and did not let anyone try to convince him otherwise. The mother trying to force him to wear dresses and trying to put glitter on him is child abuse when the child does not want to do those things. God is good every single day!

Unfortunately they don't do that in California. It's quite amazing he got custody because usually the child goes to the "they/them" person.
