Looks like nice material. I have a defender max limited, im wondering if besides behind the rear seats if i could put it in the engine bay from the other side too at the bottom. Biggest issue is if getting it wet would cause it to come off? Thanks for the video, exactly what i was looking for!
Could you do a video on how to remove the center consul to put the material on the inside. I tried to remove mine. I removed all the pins and the bolts and it seems to be hung up. Any help would be great. Thank you.
Sorry for the late response. Other than the few screws that hold it in it, kind of snaps in on the upper front part. You have to be a little aggressive with it but once you get one side out it makes sense.
I installed some sound deadner and definitely know what you are talking about as well as the high back carpet kit. Fits good but had to do a little trimming where the seatbelts attach and the clips for the filler panel was just slightly off. Also had to do a tiny bit of trimming just below the top seatbelts to fit. Overall I am very happy and would recommend to anyone.
I second the request for a video showing removing the center consoles to apply the sound/heat deadener inside!

No it will not come off if it gets wet

Will this work as a heat shield? My 21 commander gets so freaking hot in the cab and Id really love to use this as a solution if it works, Thank you!
Yes this product works as a heat insulation as well. We also have a shifter insulation kit for that machine on our website.
Do you have any videos on the new xpedition? Thanks!!!
Not yet but that is my next project.
@@tericksolutions6419 Cool can't wait!
Can u tell me in decibels the difference between not having it and having that put in
When it catches fire it adds to the BTUs
We usually see a 5-10 Decibel difference and a 10-20 degrees drop in cab tempature
Any reason you can't use the carpet kit as a template?
Some areas you can. But there are more nooks and crannies that the sound deadening goes into and the carpet goes over.
