I’m looking to build my first pc with some newer components. I do have have a higher budget of $1500-2000 which is most likely overkill for gaming. Would something like a Ryzen 5 7600x and B650 AM5 platform be a good way to set myself up? I see you tend to recommend Intel more and I’m uncertain now 😭

What wifi card would you recommend using for this build if we cannot access Ethernet?
Can you show us the cable management on this build? Or do you have a video for cable management? That's one of my biggest concerns.

With RAM and storage being so cheap right now (March 2023), I'd go with 32gb of ram and a 1tb nvme. 32gb ddr4 3200 can be had for $60, and is plenty fast on Intel for gaming and content creation. And modern AAA games are already eating up 16gb by themselves. And 500gb just isn't enough unless you only want to keep a small handful of games. Of course you could always go with the 500gb gen 4 as the main drive and add either a gen 3 or SATA 1tb for and extra $50. Would still be possible to keep it under $800 you'd just have to watch for sales but it would be worth it to get the extra ram and storage up front.

Yes, but it doesn’t make a huge difference. It’s just an aesthetic choice. Stock cooler is fine if you’re just gaming.

Your CPU is just 9% better than the r5 3600 so I think 6700xt/3060ti max if you go higher than that there might be some bottleneck

Did Windows Update actually install all of your chipset drivers etc? If not perhaps you'd need to show this process as well in your videos. My Asus H670 board doesn't receive all driver updates through Windows Update on Windows 11.
I'm unsure, but I'll see if I can show how to install chipset drivers in future build videos. I previously did them before.

Sorry for being annoying, but can you help me find some information about step-by-step setup and synchronization of RGB between: Asus b 360 h gaming, Cooler Master Master Case MC500MT, deepcol RF 140 -2 IN 1.? with the replacement of the standard case coolers with these and the output of just one backlight control button on the case? Unfortunately, I don’t understand this very well and unfortunately I don’t find such information. Is it possible to do this at all?? Damn, I don’t even know who could help me. (((for 2 years now it has been standing in a half-assembled state next to an old inexpensive Thomson TV with a picture tube. I try not to think about it, but unfortunately it won’t start on its own. 😢😢

Freesync should work on any graphics card from any brand I believe.
Will i5 12400f + rtx 3060 12gb + Asus b660M a D4 be a good choice for gaming, editing and coding? Mainly for Forza horizon 5, far cry 5, valorant, gta 5?
Change that to 12400f + 6700XT and you’ll be considerably better off for all three of those areas you listed

You can technically throw in up to an 8tb SSD if you wanted with no issues

Little surprised we wouldn’t want to downsize the cpu a little to eek out more gpu. Like maybe i3 12100 and 6650xt.
You can go rx6700xt with that budget with the same cpu, you just need to buy parts without RGB 😂😂😂😂, cut corners in ram, storage and case.

Why use the i5 12400F when you placed the Ryzen 5600 in S Tier and the 12400F only in B tier 2 weeks later in the sub 200$ video?
AM4 is a dead socket like I said in the video. I don’t recommend the 5600 for new systems, but the cpu itself is still s tier

This setup seems like it would do much better at 1080p max settings! Should've atleast shown that. I'm sure fortnite would've pulled over 240fps easy. Most don't even have 1440p monitors or TV
