    My husband and I couldn't do your newest dumbbell hiit that premiered this morning. He has a sore shoulder and decided he shouldn't do any dumbbell arms.
    So we chose this monster of hiit instead 😂
    Any Push-ups I did shoulder taps instead.
    Any forward lunges I did back lunges or back deadstop lunges.
    I used 12kg dumbbells to modify some jumping into non-jumping. Like the first exercise, I held dumbbells and did back lunges into squats.
    I couldn't do one-arm burpees without feeling like I'll injure myself so I alternated staggered arm burpees instead.
    I laughed when I saw the preview of Push-up Jump/Roll out Jump. My knees will never allow that one lol. I did Burpees/Plank Shoulder Taps instead.
    180 Degree Flat Burpees I changed to just Flat Burpee/Sumo Deadlift holding 12kg dumbbells in each hand.
    I was left breathless but the finishers are killer!! Kudos to all of you who can do them without modifications!!

    Hi !Its a very good workout!Since you are an athlete I want to ask you something .I broke my arm 1 year ago (compound fracture,broken ulna and radius in 4 pieces ).I had a plaster cast and a sling for 2 months .After that I did physiotherapy and I used to wear a kinesiology tape but my forearm is still weak and it hurts .I cant lift almost any weight and its impossible for me to do a handstand...Why do you think this happens and when my arm would be ok?Have you ever experienced an injury like that ?I would really appreciate it if you respond to my questions.**I am a girl 12 yrs old rhythmic gymnast btw.

    • @DANIELPTFITNESS
      @DANIELPTFITNESS  2 роки тому +1

      Sorry to hear that! Well if lifting weights is already painful for sure that handstand will not be possible. I have never experience a broken body part myself but in general I know that the physiotherapist start with certain light exercises and the slowly increase the resistance to make the bone and the muscles around the broken area stronger again. I would say maybe approach a good (sport) physiotherapist and build up the strength in that arm again. Thank you for the comment and hopefully your arm will 100% recover.
