I'm living my life as I was pre surgery. I'm still troubleshooting. We are getting closer to the right set up. The stealth belt has helped with training.

I’ve been being able to do any exercise, except for light walking for six weeks and none inside until I can get my wound healed and then as soon as I get healed I have to have a second surgery

How do you adapt to complications from ostomy surgery that still go on for weeks and weeks and is anybody out there? Had to have a second surgery for a relocation of the stoma

I had my colostomy or my stoma virtually without any warning at all while they were taking my gallbladder out they saw a growth on my intestine and decided to take part of my intestine out and it turned out to be cancer-free on one of the lucky ones, but then it became eligible to have it reconnected and I just decided you know I'm old enough that I don't need it reconnected and there were so many side effects and things that could happen that I decided to just keep it and I'm have questions about a hot tub, and I wear stretch pants all the time now that the leggings and stuff are in style and that seems to be enough support for my bag and at night or when I go swimming I've cut off the legs on a couple of them and that's what I wear can you tell me about hot tubs and stomas

I ordered a Stealth belt I haven’t gotten it yet. That’s no big deal. I was just hoping that since you’re in this community of ostomy if you could refer me to anybody that talks about.Mucusstaneous separation. I can’t find much on it and I’ve had the open wound for five weeks have been treated by wound care nurses not successful yet, so I’m looking for other people who may have ran into that if you have any referrals for me please

Just everyday life is negative and challenging, I adapted so well I'm not sure why I had never been in a hospital before my gallbladder exploded So they had to do clean out I had sepsis and it had poked a hold of my intestine and there was a growth over there and they took out the piece of my intestine but when people ask me about it I tell him hey you know this is actually kind of convenient because I don't have to worry about gas I just burp My bag when I need to including the middle of the night, and my farts have a charcoal filter so I tell everybody I smell like roses, and I don't have to find a rest area when I'm traveling I don't have to limit myself to pulling over I think it's a little more convenient, except I still have the question about hot tubs things like that I'm worried about the glue.
