Going to make a start on this model very shortly, first car model I have ever done hope I don't mess it up. Lots of masking.

Beautiful work as usual. I'm working on an older Tamiya kit now myself and it is a lot of Masking and painting. Lol not at all like modern kits. Love the clean look of this Porsche

I’m amazed that you got such a nice finish without sanding and polishing the paint. What urethane clear are you using? Any advice on the painting process?
Hi ... wow what a beautiful mirror result with that red paint! Can you tell me which one you used and your process? That is, which airbrush, with what and how much you dilute, how many coats, etc.

Surfacer - Main Color - Clear Coat - Urethane, Paint in this order and dilute in a ratio of 1:1.2 to 1.5. Urethane is 2k urethane and does not mix thinner.

what kind of glue did you use to stick the mirror to the windshield?
Buy an adhesive based on Poly-Vinyl Alcohol. Where I live, I buy woodworking glue with the same ingredients.

왜 갈아 내야 하는건가요?
도색 전은 이물질이나 파팅라인이라고 하는 생산할때 나오는 라인들을 제거함을 위한 것입니다. 도장 후엔 먼지 제거를 위해 합니다.
@@Makeitscale답변 감사합니다. 어제 우연히 전문가 분과 잠깐 이야기 했는데 자동차는 광이 생명이라 들었어요. 광이라는 건 도색을 여러번 하면 되는걸까요? 아니면 특정 약제가 있는걸까요?
리댓을 확인 안해서 이제 봤네요. 저는 우레탄 클리어를 뿌립니다. 가장 확실한 방법이지만 장단점이 큽니다. 락카 클리어는 뿌리기 간편하지만 도막이 얇고 시간이 지날수록 광이 죽어갑니다. 우레탄은 주제 경화제를 섞어 분사하고 0.5-0.8mm의 건으로 뿌려야 하기에 콤프 압의 영향도 받습니다.(작업 환경) 스킬이 덜되면 뭉치기도 하구요. 하지만 광은 오래가기에 보기 좋습니다. 간단하게 실제 차량용 보수 도장 우레탄 크리어 라고 생각하시면 됩니다.
