For the cups that says skinny silver sublimation. Can I use these for non sublimation? Can I spray paint them and glitter them?
It might be easier for you to get the cups without the coating. And, it should also be a little cheaper since they skip the coating process.
I ordered from them before. Not tumblers but another item and it was a few years back and I was impressed how fast they ship. I would def order from that company again

there is a residue on my tumblers any suggestions on what im doing wrong or how to remove the residue
2 thoughts....your paper wasn't completely dry or your tumbler was "moist" due to humidity. If it keeps happening, pre-bake or pre-press your tumbler for a few minutes to bake out any moisture. Let me know...

I am watching all of your videos, very helpful 🙂, thanks!. Anyhow, I would love to see a video of you sublimating a tumbler, I heard I could just use my regular oven?!, and I heard shrinking wrap are not that good?!
I have a couple dedicated convection ovens. I personally wouldn't use my home oven because the smell of hot ink kinda stays inside the oven. And I don't really know if it's re-gassing every time.

Just wait before you buy from DHGATE! My sublimation tumblers purchased from DHGATE came after three months and I got them but they are not sublimation ready at all!! Ugh now stuck w 100 non sub cups

Do you have links for other size tumblers from a trusted supplier? Such as a standard 20oz (like Yeti style), 30oz or the smaller 12oz wine tumblers?
When you find a good supplier, check out their storefront. Many times they will have several variations, you could also ask them....just NEVER pay outside of Dh Gate.
i always order from dhgate , aliexpress, Alibaba and wish and I have always got my products no problems an yes u have to be patient but if u don't need them ASAP then its so worth it because the pricing its so worth it. when your stock is getting low just place another order that way even tho it takes weeks to come u always order ahead of time so that way by the time u run out your next order is in.
Agreed! You just have to be willing to lose a battle if things do go badly. These factories are making so little profit that you cannot possible expect to get refunds without effort, writing your case, arbitration, etc.,

I got a order of 20 tumblers "white" but they sent me the white glitter. There response after the dispute "Yes my friend, they are shinny." Ugh I was so mad!!!! Good thing it was only $60 SMH

sorry but what its the diference between tumbler skinny and tapered?
Skinny just means the 20oz are taller rather than fluted. Tapered means the top opening is wider than the bottom (good for car cup holders). Straight skinny tumblers are the same size at the top and bottom. They fit into most car cup holders...but not all.
Hello, thanks for the detailed information. Would the color of the tumbler make any difference in the sublimation? If I am applying lighter color sublimation on a dark color tumbler will there be any issues? Also at 25:44 the item description says that the tumbler comes with a box. Is that the box we will use to ship our sublimated tumbler to our own customer? Why was it specially mentioned there? Will we need another box to package when shipping?
Good questions! The color of the tumbler will absolutely alter your sublimation the same way it would if you were to print on a red, yellow, blue t-shirt. Sub ink is not like paint, it's very transparent. As for the box, you can use the box it comes with, however, they are not the nicest presentation to your customer. Consider adding a nice label, or dressing it up for a better 1st impression. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the message! DH Gate does have a general "maximum use" for each coupon code. Once that threshold is reached, that is the error message they give. Sublimation is the typical white with glossy coating. Stainless is just the glossy coating...not white.

Just curious if choosing a US seller on DHgate website is possible. I just tried to order 2x and after my payment went thru, my orders was canceled. Only explanation was "Payment verification failed'.
In my experience, shipping times for US Seller and Overseas is not different. Not sure about the payment verification issue. Maybe call your bank? But don't pay outside of the platform. It's totally unnecessary.
@@QuickSPI The payments came off both credit cards I used, then they refunded it back to me 2 days later. I'm just going to find another seller, maybe that shop is having issues? I don't know. I'm nervous to pay again :-/

Do you have to pay like duties or any extra taxes when you order through dh gate? Im just starting out but what id pay for 25 i mine as well purchase on here and get 50 for about the same price.
You definitely want to stay within value limits, currently $800 US but you also can't game the system....like placing multiple orders for $799 etc., At any time, customs could set your boxes aside and investigate.

I have learned so much from you in the very short time that I found your channel. I am absolutely brand new to sublimating and in fact just bought my Epson 2760 3 days ago. I still need to order my ink, sub paper, etc. I don't know if you can help me or not, but before I fully jump in and order a large quantity of tumblers - since you do not sell the tumbler blanks any longer, do you happen to know of a company that is reputable and a good price to a quantity of 1-5 tumblers just so I can test out and get the hang of it by practicing? Again I have learned so much from you but now it is time to put that into practice!

Each seller that lists on DH Gate will have their own terms on the front screen. Usually near "add to cart" button.
Can I use a wf 3720 to sublimation?
I'm pretty sure it is possible, providing you can find a supplier for empty cartridges. You can't take swap ink out of the cartridges they include.

That's why I teach the whole process, these sellers can change every time you go in. But I would read the most recent reviews and see the comments and why. If it's about shipping time, I usually ignore that.
