This, reminds me, how many people back home feel entitled, when you manage to send them some money... not, ever imagining what one goes through... like they say..."Travel and see"... life is a continuous struggle...i,share your pains, but above all...am, happy and grateful to God for your life... it's a learning curve for many would be "Japaranians"... think, before you embark... God bless our struggles... The Lord is your strength my brother... and, thanks Mr Dele for bringing this to the attention of your teeming viewers. God bless you and your esteem team... grateful as ever...

You story is very touching my brother, I sympathize with you. I know of a lady who took similar route as yours to get to the US. The day she relayed her story to me, my mouth was agape. I couldn't believe that Nigerians also passed through the border to access the US. May the good Lord restore and send help to you. That's one harrowing experience you passed through!!

This bro learned the HARD way. As the saying goes, you don't know what you have till it's gone. A friend of mine is currently going through the same ugly situation in South America. She has already passed through 9 countries since she left Nigeria 2 months ago. She has gotten sick. I just hope she doesn't get violated...now stuck and looking for money. She was doing fine in Nigeria, but wanted to explore more. The worst part is that she never told her family she's traveling. So, if anything happens, they will be very shocked to find out. May we all be fine in life.

Your comment valid my opinion. Our people are driven by some kind of vain desires sometimes. It takes another level of madness to decide to go through such experience in the time we are in, inspite of the terrible experience of others before that we already know.

I only pray she doesn't get graped especially in those South American countries, without money. Whenever those animals see a black woman, the only thing that comes to their minds is s*x, and if she doesn't have money to take care of herself, then trouble!

If this man had succeeded in staying in America, people back home would begin to call, expecting him to send money without understanding the struggles he faced. They would believe it was their entitlement - brothers, sisters, uncles, and aunties all fighting for his support. They would demand school fees for their children, oblivious to the sacrifices and hardships he endured abroad. What they fail to see is the loneliness, the sleepless nights, the hard labor, and the uncertainty that he had to overcome just to survive. To them, he is living the "American Dream," but to him, every day is a fight to make ends meet. I pray for divine intervention for you.

This is so heartbreaking, I couldn’t stop crying.
politicians ruined Nigeria including the present government that most Nigerians thought was their messiah.
Nigerians, wake up, let us boycott politicians elections, abandon these thieves that acquires our resources to themselves and their families, let’s us revolt and fight for our rights.
Other countries are moving forwards, but politicians keep pushing us backward into poverty.
BAT got there, all he care about was to buy presidential jet, yacht, his wife office and protocol, senators enriching themselves, Haba Tori olorun!
What have we done to these politicians, we are not supposed to be JAPA, we should be living like prince and princess but politicians has turned Nigerians royalty to slavery.
Nigerians, when we wake up in the morning, face the sun rising and raise curses on our politicians, mention their names from the top one by one .
    Enough of this fraud.

      You cannot understand.
Maybe you are one of those making money from corruption routes in Nigeria.
So sad because you are so insensitive.

I can understand. I can understand that a juju music player is not in high demand even in a non Yoruba city in Nigeria. Now tell me why are you ready to risk your life in some of these places that are even poorer than Nigeria. Why can't you do this type of work in Nigeria but you are ready to do it outside.what if you run to people who will use you as a drug carrier.
