    Great video. I used to be overweight myself and always felt sluggish, sleepy and tired all the time, so I decided to lose fat as fast as possible.
    I started going to the gym 5x a week and did cardio 2x a week (1x HIIT and 1x Steady state) and followed a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. I gave 100% dedication.
    Within 8 months, I had lost 66 lbs (30 kg). It was tough and it wasn’t easy being strict with the diet, but I’m happy I did it. It also requires a lot of mental strength.
    Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂
