@fuckfuckfuck1 They probably couldn't get the clearance for the music... just like when they play some other dance music when JD comes into the studio. Their music licensing for the TV show blows.
@Asymmatrix welllll,,,,,, sorry to say, for us hetero males, she's our John Mayer. Yeah, her attitude writes checks her abilities can't cover, but she has schwing appeal, Yoko caterwauling be damned!
I love Neil young and the needle and the damage done is my favorite song by him, I really don't like this arrangement, I love jewel but she really screwed up the song.
Graham Laird how? Her voice is amazing. The only thing she changed was the nature of the vocals. She's a great song writer herself. Of every enable who could have covered this song she was s great choice. God forbid other artists ever create their own renditions of songs that are important to them.
It’s such a rough time of year for so many people, it’s a challenge not to slip back. You see the disappointment in family and friends faces.
Unbelievable version of a great song! Jewel was great on the Howard Stern Show! The Howard Stern Show is the best!
This is one of the best cover songs I have heard. Also, this was live in the early morning!
I heard her do this live on that day on Sirius, I was pretty much speechless for about ten minutes..........
She is AMAZING Hands down the single BEST Female Musician alive today .
Amazing and well done!
Beautifully done.
Howard Stern is the best freakin interviewer
Voice of a humming bird !!

Robert A Booey

her voice is stunning, sexy, and sensual...beautiful version of this song!
James Taylor was pretty amazing when he played woodstock on the show
There is another live version of this that has been pulled for some reason. I think it was a bit better. Still....very nice!
Yes! It was a yahoo presentation or something. I've been looking for it for years. It was definitely better and I miss it so much!
@@RevkaArabella If I recall It had Panasonic sponsorship somehow.
Unbelievable!
Any ideas who was snapping their fingers @ 1:03 ?
I heard it again this morning and got the chills......
Babbabooey to all of you!
Unless you been through the ordeal of what it means u probably won't understand what it is like to beg for another hit. So sad to hear it happens
@indyjrt I think that's just Jewel tapping the guitar.
@fftozer turn your volume down. :-P
@70umqua70 Me Too.
@fftozer blame scott the engineer for that....
This song is not for you Jewel. Cowgirl up
@steveandheidiv1 Oh yeah, Courtney Love doing "I love Rock and Roll" would be mint.

where can i hear whole interview?thanks
recording levels seem a little high
@snoopjonny yeah you're probably right. it was just lame because she actually mentioned Artie which gave the song an even more sombre mood.
what… in the fuck
It would be good if it wasn't for the singing.
@bigazztoker Did she get a nose job? She looks different from the mid 90's....
I love Neil young and the needle and the damage done is my favorite song by him, I really don't like this arrangement, I love jewel but she really screwed up the song.
This is dreadful.
