- Quick Benefits: Mayamalavagowlai is called the Gateway to Carnatic music. The history of Camatic music says that the blessed musician, Purandaradasar, introduced the system of Mayamalava gowla. This raga has the power to neutralize toxins in the body. Practicing it in the early hours of the morning, in the midst of nature will enhance the strength of the vocal chords.

I wish to clarify a small thing madam. Agni is connected with samaanavayu, say, stomach area, which is called manipura chakra. This chakra, as you said, gives us a strong control in organs related to digestive glands. Also this seperates Prana and Abaana vayu.
So manipura is situated at Navel region and not Solar plexus or otherwise called as 'Anahatha Chakara'.

My main motive is to take Tamil language across the world to first make people who are poor to afford for such classes who cannot read or understand English to get some help as most of the channels are in English :) I use English too to support other listeners :)
