Thank you Chad, long time I've always coming back to review this solutions, its a big help personally if you can tell us the typical tables,,As per NEC or IEC standard. I worked several projects,, and this is the always discussions in between Power utility and the consumer.
Conductor factor at point (3) at second problem C=19704 , not 19529, as per your reference paper Bussman short circuit calculation. I loved the tutorial, and I will watch some of your interesting videos for my knowledge. Thanks
thanks a lot for this informative video lecture....just want to know that from which book we have to find the conductor factor.......please confirm it I will be very thankful to you. Is it from NEC 2011??
c values for the 1st problem are 18594 and not 18593... (although it doesn't matter much on the final results) www.cooperindustries.com/content/dam/public/bussmann/Electrical/Resources/solution-center/technical_library/BUS_Ele_Tech_Lib_Electrical_Formulas.pdf

That was very friendly class and excellent explanation. salute you. thanks you very much.
Hi Chad, these are great lecture..very detail and informative. Thanks for posting.
I agree with you. I wish I had time to record outside the classroom and focus on the topic not the students.
Thanks for watching
hello Chad. which book has that table 18.3 for step 2 calculation?
man your videos help me so much ......great job keep up.

Good Job , and thank you for your Episodes.
I really enjoy this video, thank you very much sir. Please what book are you using for the F-factor? Thanks.
Very helpful information, thanks

Sir, how do you do the short circuit calculation using conductor wires to a busway system starting from the plug-in - busway - plug-in
nice...but plz make sure for better audio in futur...
Sir Chad. I used SKM but I don't find any schneider electric IEC brand breakers and protection ? Any help?
Can you provide us the links where we can have a copy of this conductor factor table?
Hi Chad. Can you please suggest industry standards has that table 18.3 for step 2 calculation?
We are looking for positive response.
Are the "C" factor values the same for others countries? (I live in Canada, and I have not found anything in our code book about the "C" factor)
Dear Sir, Pls Show me where you got Conductor factor rating from? if possible could you please show me the link of this book... Respect,
This is point to point method. How about ohmic method and per unit method?
How to do short circuit calculations in ETAP?
Please show me where you got the "F" factor rating in the NEC book. My book does not show any TABLE 18-3 ???

in crrent calculation for current at point 1, instead of using 208 v you should have used 0.208 kV as 225 kVA is used in the numerator
Subhash Parekh In numerator he wrote 225K so its perfectly alright.
Sir how to calculate 11kv outdoor stand alone panel vcb short circuit current calculation.
Pls Show me where you got Conductor factor rating from NEC2011, i couldn't find it?
Not in the NEC book. Industry standards.
What textbook is being used?
Why are you using the HV side voltage for the LV side calcs?
what do you mean with sets Sir
Sorry, i mean "conductor factor table"
Sir what is parallel runs? Just like parallel circuits?
Sir, would you please provide us a pdf copy of conductor cable or where can we get a copy of it?
google Cooper industries short-circuit current calculation, they provide the latest Conductor and Busways "C" values...
what table are you talking about?
plz provide the link to c value table
Is it possible to calculate SC current at any branch distribution board without calculating it from starting point i.e Transformer.?
If yes then how?
NO
How I got it
Why he is asking any question every now and then... the dumb head students are not asking anything... what is F factor... i want to know.
