I honestly wasn’t expecting New Days to be my favorite bside, but that’s what ended up happening (I thought it’d be Poison Love). The song is super feel-good and the vocal melodies are interesting as they both sound strange against and go along with the instrumentals. I loved this album. It was experimental and weird, but not frustratingly so. Everything somehow flowed smoothly and that’s the beauty of their songs. Their producers’ transitions are flawless in my eyes.
Same tho ,from the Highlight Medley i was positive that Poison Love will be my favourite B-side ,but instead i fell in love with New Days when the album was released ..i just love the chorus so much ,it gives me such happy positive nostalgic vibes
For me is like this: My brain's favorite bside is Poison love while my heart's favorite bside is New Days. That track just makes me happy even though I don't think it is a great song.
same omg, when i listened to the highlight medley poison love caught my attention but after listening to the album a couple of times new days became without a doubt my fav track, idk smth about it feels so uplifting and nostalgic and heart warming, i really really love it
So yes the one thing that almost all kpop groups share is the mixing of genres and actually making it WORK, but of course as the name kpop suggests it's almost always a subgenre of pop with other genres, dreamcatcher are one of the few who don't use pop that much and have stuck mostly with subgenres of rock, metal and EDM which what makes them SO unique in the kpop industry.
Who would ever thought cyberpunk can be a theme for an album? Only LEEZ and OLLOUNDER got that brain. Kudos to all the staff over at Dreamcatcher company too. My fav intro is My Toys. Can't wait for the next album reaction.

Wind blow first verse specially would fit with something like Tron. I'd say, Odd Eye is Dreamcatcher's best MV to date 👌
