    does the supercharger generate much heat when cruising normally and should a temp gage be in the line leaving the charger to monitor temp and what temp is considered high for the hot water exiting the charger.

    hey man love the vids! Im in australia fitting a lsa into a early holden commodore, when bleeding up the system does the water drain from the top lid once you take the res cap off since its lower than the lid? im just trying to work out if i need to fit the res higher than the lid?

    • @Coverman66
      @Coverman66  3 роки тому +1

      whats good brotha Anthony.. the pump does all the work.. my reservoir is higher than the pump so the water will flow to the pump.. my pump is a pusher so the water has to always be there to push it thru the system.

  • @trentdawg2832
    @trentdawg2832 4 роки тому +1

    Due you have to mount the resvoir at a specific height? ?.....I have a 74 nova that I wanna supercharge , seems like the lsa is the most cost effective thing too do. ....

    • @Coverman66
      @Coverman66  4 роки тому +1

      i love the LSA, if you can find one pick it up for sure.. being the pump is a pusher, make sure the reservoir is higher than the pump.. that way the water will flow to the pump..

    Does it matter if you use the top or bottom port as "in" or "out" for that heat exchanger, and vice versa for the LID? Ive got the same setup, just not sure which is in, and which is out on the heat exchanger and lid

    • @Coverman66

    hello,
    what if I'm used the different way of flow direction !!
    - hot water out from supercharger
    - to intercooler
    - to reservoir tank
    - again to supercharger
    what about this water flow direction ?
    Thanks.

    • @Coverman66

      i guess you could, as long as the water is as cold as possible. those two swap might not make that much of a difference unless your using ice.
